Review 1：no wifi - doesn't even work properly at the reception very old and dirty rooms and facilities awful smell coming out for the shower - the cleaners have covered it with the towel to try mask the smell we are not picky at all, but this was below basic... would not recommend this place

Review 2：location was not bad, central in costa esmeralda - you do need a car reception staff was friendly, although they did not bother to explain the rubbish/kitchen cleaning protocol, which was only in italian...

Review 5：We booked this accommodation because it clearly stated that WiFi was available in all areas and charges are applicable. We needed to keep in touch with relatives and friends. This was a deliberate untruth. WiFi was only available intermittently directly in front of reception and lacking any privacy. I complained about this and was told that the owner had tried to obtain this service but was unable to do so. Then why keep the information that it is available with Booking.com when it clearly is not. This is a direct untruth. If you want WiFi, then choose somewhere else to go.

Review 6：Location with views were good from our apartment on the top floor. Swimming pool was clean and a nice place to relax. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was good. Quiet and peaceful.

Review 7：The location is stunning - just a short walk from the beach and within a half an hour drive or bus journey of the interesting archaeological sites of Arzachena. It was also easy and cheap to reach Olbia by bus. Should you choose to stay on site for a day, the tennis courts, table tennis and swimming pool are in excellent condition. The bar by the swimming pool served cocktails in the evening and coffee and pastry in the morning which we enjoyed greatly! The staff made our trip. In excellent English, they helped us to plan our itinerary, saving us money and ringing up to book for us. They are very friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay. We recommend the bicycle hire. The bikes were delivered to Costa Ruja and collected again 24 hours later (you could hire them for longer). We followed the route they advised and it was beautiful! The bikes were in fantastic condition and allowed us to see more of the local area as we did not take a car. Furthermore we only paid €12 per bike for 24hours.

Review 9：I liked the close vicinity to costa smeralda, the kind and very helpfull staffmembers Ana and Franco, the shuttle to the beach in case you want to leave the car for a day, the internet access at the reception area,and last but not least : the great sea and mountain view from the appartment !

Review 10：No breakfast is inconvenient when there is no shop within 5 km. No restaurants within walking distance wi-fi slow and only in reception area was not as in description. But on the positive side it was free

Review 27：Owner Cesera and staff are super super nice.!!My luggage was delayed and Taxi supply is limited in genreral. Cesera drove me from hotel to and back airport for picking up delayed luggage free of charge, it would be a €100 trip easy w/Taxi.

Review 28：The staff spoke excellent english and was estremely helpful. The apartament itself was nice enough,stunning view from the balcony and it was so quiet. The place is in a strategic area-is halfway between Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo-quiet and surrounded by nature.
