Review 1：The shower and other hardware need maintenance. they were no working the way they are supposed to. The carpets need better cleaning.

Review 2：I got upgraded to a suite, a large room. Other than that, everything else was predictable. Staff were responsive and the room service was quick.

Review 3：The Indian food was way too spicy. Definitely not appropriate for the "mature" age group. WiFi was very poor.

Review 7：mobile tower is very close to hotel room (402) it can be hazardous for health. When I brought it to their notice, they changed my room but This room (405) didn't have hair dryer also some bathroom fittings were not working properly.

Review 9：Wifi was not always working. Water flow in the shower wasn't always consistent. One couple in our group had some water leaking from the AC. But each of these hiccups was attended to on an immediate basis and resolved.

Every now and then you have to return to the reception to get a new password and some time you have to wait half an hour to get it as "there isn't one available!" When we were checking out their credit card reader wasn't working. Panic! We offered some our emergency dollars and it took a long time to sort that one out

On their own, they checked my preference and specially dished out my favourite soup! Excellent personalized service! They have a good Chef - excellent choice of main course and desserts...Go for it!
