Review 1：The pillows were too hard causing sore neck & shoulders resulting in a migraine. Should have taken my own. No gym.

Review 3：The vertical blinds in the bedroom did not close properly so the light from the street was directly in our eyes when in bed. Very hard to sleep. Had climb on a chair to hang a blanket to block out some of the light.

Review 27：Great accommodation, large apartment with all necessary self catering equipment provided. The managers Gary and Anne were lovely and very helpful and accommodating to us especially with having a 4 month old baby with us. Lovely place to stay with shops, restaurants and othe activities in walking distance. Highly recommend this place and value for money.

Review 28：The staff support and welcome, The size of the apartment, sixth floor apartment, roominess, and variety of sleeping accommodation, ie two double beds plus two single beds. Secure parking, tennis court and pool.

Review 37：Only down side is the beds are quite uncomfortable (we've stayed in a few rooms) and the wifi requires a convoluted password from reception for each device. We had a 25% success rate logging in and just gave up in the end. Seems to be quite hit and miss and even when you do manage to get in it regularly drops out.

Review 38：The apartment is in a great location close to the beach, shops, restaurants and most things you need. The apartments on the upper floors enjoy great views of either the lake or the beach. Facilities are great and well maintained with BBQ, tennis court, pool, spa and sauna. People on reception are helpful and friendly. The apartments are perfect for a family of four. There are two decent size bedrooms, two bathrooms, living area and kitchen. There's a large balcony that has table & chairs and a small electric BBQ. Kitchen has most of the basics to cook a meal. There's parking underneath in the basement (and storage for boards, etc). Kids loved the cable TV!

Review 39：Tried to book a tennis court on the phone before check in but the lady who came up to the phone was rather rude saying I don't understand a single word you are saying. I might not a native English speaker but I felt insulted and upset by that. The lady is called Dian. She could have been more polite to the customer even her mother tongue is not English. That's the only thing I am not happy with but everything else is very good.

The apartment was extremely well equipped and spacious. It was great to have free wifi as so many places charge quite a bit extra. The staff went out of their way to be helpful.
