Review 1：We found out that our room rate was excluding breakfast and that was disappointing. Our room furniture was rather old and dusty.

Review 2：The swimming pool was awesome and huge. The garden was managed very well and looked very artistic.the beach was very clean and beautiful.

Review 18：Check-in wasn't good. It was slow because of many people. The lady Yumi wasn't creative to help get room for us. A lot of "disturbance" with spa requests when we were at the beach or pool. Twice a day to ask for spa is a lot! A lot of "rules" eg: have to chase the waiter for menu. He couldn't leave us with the menu to read. Eg: we ordered drinks first and wanted to read the menu for food. He would take the menu away and come back later with the menu and wait for us to read and take the order. Breakfast setup was a little chaotic. People are bumping into each other. Waiters dropped utensils, cups etc every day. The stay at Nikko isn't as comfortable as Intercontinental at Jimbaran or Aman in Ubud.

It's expensive to eat at the in house restaurants every night compared to normal Bali prices but we didn't want to leave he hotel so we dined at one of the hotels many restaurants dinner lunch and breakfast. The rooms are beautiful and clean and well maintained. The room service is great and the pool side service is awesome. Couldn't fault the place at all

Review 30：Where to start? Upon check in as club level guests we were actually treated poorly bordering on insulting. We lived in China for eight years but the non stop Chinese New Year festival and rudeness by other guests (peeing in the public walkways and putting food back on breakfast buffet) was too much and worse was not addressed by hotel management.

Review 37：The surrounds of the resort were clean, beautiful pools, and great views and access to the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good and many choices of different cuisines with a number of different restaurants to choose from. Good gym facilities for a resort. The rooms were kept very clean.

Review 38：I booked a no refundable room (12 000 000 rp for 3 nights) for the new eve period (30/12 to 2/1) from booking.com, and nothing was mentioned about the new eve year dinner organised by Nikko. After the booking, Nikko informed that the new eve year dinner was compulsory and the cost was 350 $. I was disappointed but I expected to have a great dinner for this price. And it was a totally disaster, wine and food were so so. Further things that I did not like : - The access to some activities (shop, restaurant, bar..) outside of the hotel is not convenient - The breakfast was fair - the bathroom would need to be refreshed And do not take the free shuttle for Kuta !!! This shuttle drops you at a small shopping mall far from Kuta centre. A tourist trap !!!

Review 47：The free photo experience was disappointing. Cameraman was charmless and disinterested. On completion of the 1/2hr photoshoot you get offered the set of rather amateurish photos for a large sum. This price quickly drops when you say "thanks but no thanks". Maybe 1/4 of the original offered price if you wait. For the average person just stick to your selfies and happy snaps, they have more charm.

Review 49：Upgrading to club was the best decision we made on this trip, being able to dine, swim in exclusive area, refreshments throughout opening hours, staff's were extremely attentive and polite, to top it all up, ocean view was one of the best we've seen, it was well worthy.

Review 120：Irritating to re-log into WiFi net every hour, 5 star hotel could avoid this. Guest are asked to give 200 USD deposit for minibar. Staff made lots of fuss about minibar, came to check several times and disturbed us. Reception was not super friendly when checking in, trying to charge more than was in the booking. Beach is not very clean, rubbish in the water.

Review 121：Very beautiful big green territory, magnificent views from the cliff tower and the room, private beach, as hotel is located in a bay with cliff it is always possible to swim in the ocean even in the second part of the day despite the tide which is rare for Bali coast. Free water supply every day, free WiFi. Room clean and spacious, staff cleaned the room several twice per day. Very good for families with children. You can easily see monkeys in the hotel territory, which is fun. Staff in general is very friendly and smily .

Review 126：The room looked like it had never done maintenance to it. The floors were scuffed, battered and worn. To be a hotel of its class, has many bad aspects. Prices in the restaurants of the hotel, were very high. They had no economical relationship with prices in Bali. They charge you like in Tokio. The hotel is isolated from downtown Nussa Dua. They have no connection to anything, and it is impossible to move anywhere on foot.

Review 127：Nussa Dua beach is not bad and private, in the Nikko, but is not the best. Meliá hotels have the best beach of Nussa Dua.

Review 129：Didnt like the staff at Mandara trying to sell their skin care products found it to be a bit pushy - especially when I didnt have a facial, and had bought already $100.00 worth of candles. The room did smell like mildew, and alcohol was expensive. $15.00 for a cocktail was way over priced.

Review 130：The staff go above and beyond to accomodate you. If you can afford go for the Club Nikko rooms. Having access to Club Nikko was fantastic. We loved having access to the club free cocktails from 5-7pm, made it worthwhile. We enjoyed having breakfast there too at the club. Also the swimout rooms were awesome. Had a lovely hot stone massage at Mandara Spa, total luxury. Cant wait to return.
