Review 1：The front desk staff had poor English Rom had I double and a single pushed up against it and the wall The hotel was so far from airport we were amazed it was described as close and then cost a lot by'taxi' , no shuttle

I had to pay €35,00 from the airport ( 15min if the taxi dont get lost ) and pay €20,00 on the way back with the taxi from the hotel... So if u wanna stay cause is near to the airport, have to think if its worth it...

Review 12：During a hot spell, the hotel's air conditioning broke down for over a day. It was very uncomfortable. The location of the hotel - it is in an industrial area, so there are no nearby restaurants or other things to walk to. Because it is located in a different city from Naples, a taxi from Naples had double tariff.

Review 27：The pictures of the hotel are factual, but the surrounding location is omitted. The hotel is actually a 10-20 minute drive from the airport and right under the take-off flight-path. We only stayed one night to catch our flight in the morning, for something like that, this will work. The staff was excellent and hotel was nice, but it's situated in what looks like an industrial part of Napoli. No part of Naples is "nice" so it could have been worse.

Review 28：Booked hotel to be close to airport for early flight, was less than 7 minute drive. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. The hotel seemed off the beaten path, but really nice inside. The wifi worked great.

Review 29：We chose this hotel for its peoximity to the Naples airport - but it is located in a run-down neighborhood and the shuttle to the airport drove fo 25 minutes and charged us some US$ 30.

Review 32：The location is really the only bad thing about this hotel. It costs double (35 Euros) from the airport but it is only 10 min's away and if you go into Naples it will costs you double to get back (40 Euros). There is a hotel shuttle (25 Euros from airport) but you have to set that up in advance. Just factor that into your budget or stay in Naples.

Ok for one night but not a great location if you are visiting Naples for any length of time. Also, if getting a taxi from Naples central train station arrange with the Luxor first or make sure the taxi driver knows where they are going - ours got lost!

He went beyond what most staff would do and he should be highly commended for this. He even made us a coffee in the dining room after we had checked into our room.

Review 50：The taxi from the airport costs double because it's outside the city of Naples. On top of that, the taxi driver totally ripped us off by missing the turn on the highway.

Review 51：Staff went above and beyond to make us feel like guests. They called their preferred taxi service (see negatives) and allowed us to pay for it up front on our credit card so we didn't need to use our quickly dwindling cash supply. They also gave us a recommendation to a (very) local restaurant (pizza/pasta/etc.) who gave us a lift to and from the hotel!

Review 102：Lovely hotel with spacious newly decorated rooms, good size bathroom with plenty of quality towels. Very close to the airport but we heard no planes and slept well in the comfortable bed. Parking is under the hotel with a lift to the elegant reception area. There is no resturant but free transport to one nearby which works well. All the staff were helpful and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay.

Review 103：Booked as appeared close to Airport, in fact difficult to find/get to. No restaurant service, no restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was a joke, thin plastic plates, cups and spoons. Boxed cornflakes, no milk, selection packaged sweet breads

Staff members are trying to colllect money from customers through taxi services. I paid about EUR200 just for taxi even the for the airport which is supposed to be free shuttle. I paid EUR25 for the airport. I think staff are benefiting from taxi services.
