Review 1：Lobby staff were unpolite and unfriendly.For example: They just shout over our head to say something to somebody. There were a powershortage,so the whole hotel was without electicity for 20hours.That is just one thing that there were no other technical solution of the hotel for this case,but the main problem is the way how the staff handled this situation or properly how they did not hadle it.

Review 2：Pool was a bit cold but nice.There were enough sunbad.

Review 3：- WiFi is not free - 10 euro/day , and did not work; I could not use the Internet at all throughout location - the beach is not good for swimming or bathing because water has only a few centimeters tall, has mud on the bottom, it's practically oozing puddle -The location is quite isolated, you need to have rental car to walk to other beaches

Review 5：The breakfast could be a bit better and changed from time to time. It's quite simple so after a few days you really get tired of it. The internet is barely working in the reception. This really needs to be improved. Also i paid for a half board service but they have included the water i had at the dinners in my final bill. Also the a/c should be a bit more powerful (or maybe it was just ours that didn't always function well), as it is very hot in Sardinia in August.

Review 7：Bad smell in bathroom. Very slow WI-FI. There in no shops or restaurants around. Shallow sea.

Review 8：Big rooms( we have 2 floors!) , nice big hotel area, tasty breakfast, nice stuff. The made me a present for birthday( but asked about it myself), free shuttle to the beach Rena Bianka- nice beach with sand and beautiful sea. If you don't have a car- there is a bus station near the hotel, so you can go to Porto Cervo or Porto Rotondo.

Review 9：Food was not good and the location of hotel was not suitable to eat elsewhere. There was no where to walk to. A car is essential to leave the hotel. The beach is on an inlet where the water is very shallow, not clear, and not suitable for swimming or bathing.

Review 11：the seawater which the hotel has a beach with is awful and you dont swim there. It is a shame as a nice beach is a few kms away. The problem is that the hotel is in a laguna where the water is smelly and full with alga. No wifi in rooms. This is not sg you often see in a hotel today. Had to subscribe to own roaming internet.

Tables in restaurant in corridor or in full sun for breakfast, especially for booking.com clients, I think. Restaurant space divided for two sections for two types of clients. Very strange rules of functioning.

Review 19：booking.com info about this hotel doesn't explicit say that there is music next to the pool almost constantly and entertainment every evening until 11:30 (mostly for kids until 10pm). The dancing is the same every day only costumes changed and was too loud for many rooms as the location where it happened is literally in the centre of the hotel. Second the sea at the hotel is in a very shallow bay and hence very warm. So most people used the pool or go to the near by overcrowded Rena Blanca beach for which the hotel offered a shuttle (sometimes delayed); receptionists were partially rude or incompetent (English was weak,it was predominantly and Italian speaking staff; even in boutique which sells excursions,the lady barely spoke English, something one would expect for a 4 star hotel;to get fresh beach towels during your stay one has to pay a little amount for it which seems odd as well for a 4 star hotel

Review 24：Restaurant Staff - Manager extremeley accommodating. Accommodation is awesome. The Shuttle driver Guilliano was most helpful and friendliest. Great place for families with small children. Only 15 minutes from Olbia Airport. Close to Porto Rotondo and even Golfo Aranci which we enjoyed visiting.

Local beach is quite small with shallow sea, but hotel provides free shuttle to the beautiful Spiaggia Rene Bianca (10 min. drive). Маленький местный пляж с мелким морем, но отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер на прекрасный пляж Белый Песок (10 минут от отеля).

Hotel is situated out of active night life, but it makes this place is suitable for relaxing stay. Easy connection by bus to Olbia, Porto Cervo, Baja Sardinia, Porto Rotondo, Palau and St.Theresa. Планируем вернуться сюда.
