Reviews for Nusa Dua Beach Hotel & Spa, Bali
Review 1:Nothing!
Review 2:Hotel upgraded us to better suite because we had a gecko outside our room during the night. Hotel was exceptional in every way. Felt very relaxed. Loved every moment of our 7 night stay - couldn't fault this hotel in any way. I don't usually put in reviews but this was an exception. Will be there with my wife again no doubt!
Review 3:Nothing bad to say
Review 4:Beautiful hotel, gardens, pool and beach. good wc. wonderful breakfast (lots of variety). very safe location. with free shuttle to shops.
Review 5:The only downfall is the water pressure in the shower. It's a little bit pricey for Bali compared to Seminyak of course but still an amazing place to stay!
Review 6:Can't rave enough about this hotel! The first impressions were amazing starting from the temple by the lobby! The beach is amazing. The resort is literally on the beach. Staff are super friendly. Love the fact that it's very secure and also loved the "jogging trail" that connects all the resorts together and you can just walk through and wonder around. Lots of water sports activities available to occupy yourself with. We enjoyed the sunrise yoga which is in a hut right on the beach! You can also hire bikes and ride along the trail. We were regulars at the happy hour bar :) . Overall We loved our stay there and decided that if we would come back it would be to this resort!
Review 7:We stayed here only for 2 nights, wish we could stay longer....
Review 8:The location and facilities were so great. It has a private beach at the back side of the hotel.
Review 9:Nothing
Review 10:It's amazing ... No any complains ...it's the best specially for the couples in the honeymoon or who wants to forget about the world and relax
Review 11:Mosses at the sea ground which make it almost impossible to benefit from the sea. The sandy beach on the other hand is beautiful.
Review 12:Everything! A pleasent sanctuary where you can have a very relaxing and tranquil time to refresh your mind and body.
Review 13:It's very relaxing, quiet, and with beach front. I love it. Great hospitality by hotel staffs. Nice pool. Big size room. FREE Internet :) We have convention at the Nusa Dua Convention centre and it is a perfect place to stay for the duration of the event. Will come back again.
Review 14:rude, unhappy staff, dead resort, old, poor service, very expensive and price didn't include breakfast which they wanted to charge us $52 for!!! we stayed one night and moved to the marriot next door, heaps better and cheaper and happy staff!! makes such a difference when you are welcomed with a happy smile.
Review 15:close to the beach
Review 16:nothing
Review 17:Great hotel that still has that extra prestige. Had room with direct acces to lagoon pool..wonderfull. Big clean rooms, small breakfast buffet and a also a la carte. Great restaurants. Big pools, nice beach. Helpfull and friendly staff.
Review 18:There was a delay and issues with pick-up from the airport. The rooms are good but not value for money. There are very few rooms with a beach view and the place is so big that some rooms are hundreds of meters from the beach and pools. There is a new bamboo restaurant that serves reasonable food but it blocks the beach views from the central pool and gardens. The building and staff need to be reinvigorated. The building are now old and some staff are old, slow and lazy. .
Review 19:This resort is in a fantastic location. Some staff are good.
Review 20:We didn't like that the Nusa Dua area is far away from the other nice areas in Bali, since this was our first time in Bali, and we wanted to see everything.. We had to stay in the car for almost an hour to reach Any other place.. You have to pay for the WIFI in the room., if you like to party a lot, this isn't the right place for you
Review 21:We liked the hotel.. It very nice, and has everything you need from nice restaurants, and atmosphere.. The breakfast was amazing., if you want to do water activities, there is some people who can organize it for you from the hotel beach, so you don't need to go anywhere.. Bali collection center is very close.. The pools are clean, and one of them has a bar.. If you want to enjoy it more, select the newest room.. if you like to stay in one place and enjoy your time there, this is the hotel you have to stay in
Review 22:Some of the towels were not clean which was replaced immediately by the stuff.
Review 23:The atmosphere was very nice. The harmony of historical properties and modern facilities is stunning. The stuff was helpful and friendly. We have enjoyed our stay here with a romantic dinner at the beach. The swimming pool, the restaurants, laundry service.. everything was good. Considering that you cannot swim in the sea at Nusa Dua (waves, cleanliness, deepness etc.), the swimming pool, beach properties were meeting the expectations.
Review 24:Reception staff at check in were a little grumpy! Beach was not as clean as I expected.
Review 25:Loved all the activities they provide everyday for both adults and children for free. The kids club is fantastic if you need a small break from little ones.
Review 26:The restaurant choice is very limited and the prices are too high. As a consequence most of the clients are having diner or lunch outside of this hotel. A big issue with the number of chairs on the beach. Up to 30% of the clients have to sit down directly on the sand due to a chronic lack of seats. It is not understandable as there is a lot of room on the beach. Therefore you have to wake up at least at 7:30 or 8:00 to book your sit. The situation is ever more difficult if you plan to get a seat close to swimming pool.
Review 27:Beautiful settings
Review 28:Towels placed on beds around the pool to reserve spots as early as 7am. There is a 'leave your sunbed unattended for 1hr, loose your spot' policy, but it's not enforced.
Review 29:Staff are AMAZING. i had a birthday cake delivered to my room with my name on it, curtesy of management.
Review 30:The pool area is very crowded, and unless you put down a towel on a chair right when you wake up, you're likely to not get a seat until other guests leave for lunch. The service really failed when it mattered. My daughter and I got terrible food poisoning from their Asian Bistro restaurant that led to us to lose our last full day in Bali because we were too sick to leave our room. I know it was from their restaurant, because we only ate at their property the entire day before. I called the front desk to contact their in-house physician because I was especially worried given I am pregnant in my first trimester. The receptionist somewhat rudely suggested I "take a taxi to the local hospital". When I explained to her that I could barely stand up, let alone leave the grounds, she finally contacted their physician but told me I was responsible for the fee. Eventually, the hotel did cover my doctor's fee (which was 800000 IDR, about 60 USD) but not until I complained and filled out a bunch of paperwork. Upon check-out, I discovered that I was still charged for the food that made us violently ill, and requested that it was taken off our bill. The receptionist flatly responded with "No, covering your doctors fee was our compensation". I felt that given the circumstances, that was the least they could have done. It wasn't even the stinginess about the cost that was so off-putting (I believe the total cost of the meal I had requested to be waived was only around 500,000 IDR or 38 USD), it was their unwillingness to take full responsibility for what happened and the staff's condescending attitude when I confronted them about it. What a disappointing way to end an otherwise delightful trip to Bali.
Review 31:The property has a number of promising attributes- the grounds are beautiful, the pool and beach area are lovely, breakfast was good, and the premier room we stayed in was very nice.
Review 32:Apart from the Club and japanese restaurant all other food outlets in the hotel need a good shakeup. Food not up to standard. Towels put out on li-lows around the pool then not used for hours at a time. Time to come up with a policy so all guests have the opportunity to sit around the pool at some stage of their holiday.
Review 33:Club facilities and staff Beautiful water gardens The resident ducks! Spa facilities especially the pool area Club room with quality traditional Indonesian style
Review 34:Free WiFi only available in public areas. Pay extra in room but is very expensive for what you get. Better to get a local sim if your machine can use it. Indonesian 3G better than Australia with Telstra. About time Nusa Dua Beach Hotel dragged itself into the 21st century and provided wifi in cost of room.
Review 35:everything about the rooms, grounds and staff
Review 36:A little bit outdated but comfortable. Restaurants and bars very expensive for Bali. It won't be a cheap holiday.
Review 37:Great sunny pool. Had a ground floor room that had steps out to the garden. Very nice
Review 38:Can't fault anything!
Review 39:I can't fault this resort!! I've travelled Bali extensively and stayed at most the large, well known properties on the island and The Nusa Dua Beach Resort definately sets the standard! I was in a Palace club suite for half my stay and a Deluxe king room for another half - both rooms (especially the royal club suite!!! 5 starts!) were beautiful. The gardens are very true to Balinese culture and tradition and the decor and architecture of the resort is breathtaking. This will be the best place for you to choose to stay in Nusa Dua.
Review 40:The hotel needs a little uplift in few areas like passages. Rooms particularly palace rooms were very similar to normal rooms except that they were slightly bigger.
Review 41:excellent services and warm hospitality.sports facilities like squash and tenis made our holidays.
Review 42:None
Review 43:This resort has beautiful grounds, rooms, pools, and beach area! The service was superb and the value was exceptional - I would stay no where else on my next trip to Bali!
Review 44:staff was not very nice, they only displayed a very fake politeness food and drinks within the resort are highly over-priced compared to what you find on the island they don't change towels, unless you drop them on the floor, which is very strange for such an expensive place located at the seaside where you need fresh towels every day.
Review 45:the rooms are very spacios and comfortable the pools and gardens around the resort are beautiful
Review 46:We didnt have free wifi in the rooms. We stayed in deluxe room, bathrooms need renewing. we couldnt swim in the sea just preferred pools.
Review 47:staff is nice, location is good, environment is beautiful.
Review 48:Pillows too hard and no face flannel for shower. wifi was extra. Not good enough. These days I normally only stay in hotels who offer free wifi. In Europe this is a given.
Review 49:Staff speed and specific instance of not fixing the ac in my room for 2 days. Reminded first night and fixed temporary. 2nd night same thing. 3rd night they come back to say it is bust. We were not in the room all day and someone could have fixed it then. Issue was made worse by the fact when they refused to acknowledge that a complaint had been lodged the previous night as wl. On check things were slow. They said rooms wod be available in 30 mins post check in. We went asking for rooms 3 hours later at 3 pm and rooms were still not ready.
Review 50:The pool and the facilities are nice.
Review 51:The room had a few niggles about it that needed fixing,we were offered a new room straight away but didn't want to re-pack so stayed there
Review 52:we both really liked how welcoming and friendly all the staff were also the lovely food
Review 53:The spa wasn't as I expected for the price that we were charged ie from ambience of the room perspective and the poor quality of the spa treatment. The beach was not suitable for swimming. So we had no choice but only to swim in the swimming pool.
Review 54:Variety of good halal food for muslims and children facilities was satisfactory.
Review 55:Food and drinks are of course limited in assortment, so if you are staying more than 5 days you should prepare yourself to go out once in a while. Delicious however!
Review 56:Guys leaving reviews about wet pillows and stuff - it's Bali for God's sake! It's humid, you should have known! Shabby? Yes! But imagine it would be some newly built hotel - you enter the room and you can imagine yourself being anywhere in the world! No fun at all! Liked its gardens and overall look - it gives you a sense of being in a different old place with its mysteries and own spirits. Like Spirited away movie. Also was very quiet, has an ambience - though there's a lot couples with children. Amazing vibes, and I didn't care how clean the towels are much - they are laundered though a bit old. Everyone who goes for some local peculiarities can choose this hotel. Private beach is a nice addition too!
Review 57:Room wasn't ready at the 3pm check-in time. The ceiling had a leak one night. When checking out of the resort staff could not find our bags. (I found them in the store room)
Review 58:The spa - had a facial which was amazing. The breakfast buffet - a great selection. The pools - 3 great choices
Review 59:Rooms were very small which was suprising, could hear everything from bathroom, bed small & moved around in wooden floor.
Review 60:Location & hotel facilities very good
Review 61:The hotel is currently doing constriction work by the pool area, quite a lot of noise and the site is not pretty. It was a bit of a bummer, (though when I talked to the hotel manager about it she did her utmost best to offer a way to make us feel better with an upgrade to a better room.) The white plastic beach chairs do not fit with a 5-star hotel and make staying at the beach less attractive.
Review 62:The hotel is old, but that also has it's charm. It gives you the feeling you are in Bali, which is not given at the other hotels in the area. We paid extra for an upgrade to the Palace Club. The $90 per day was well worth it with lovely breakfast in the peaceful garden, great afternoon tea and ok cocktails in the evening. The personnel at the palace club is awesome.
Review 63:Majority of the hotel guests are Western/ European. I am Indonesian and my partner is European. To me they look after the Western/European guests better. For example, when it was just me ordering a meal it took them so long to have them ready. I literally had to asked for my order. But when my partner is with me it wasn't long at all.
Review 64:The location, the whole architecture of the hotel, the beach, swimming pool, and breakfast
Review 65:Wifi wasn't free in room. We like to listen to music in the evenings when getting ready to go out or before bed. Its only a small thing but being able to pug our phone into a stereo or docking station would have been nice.
Review 66:Excellent Staff, faultless for the busy new year period. Room was very clean and tidy as was the whole hotel. Good food and entertainment at new year. Would definitely stay again in the future
Review 67:The area is a bit remote if u're a downtown kind of ppl, it requires at least a 30 min taxi to go anywhere other than Nusa Dua The toilet was bad with a very high water pressure where sometimes it works & sometimes it doesn't I asked for flowers in the room in my booking yet they didn't pay attention to that :(
Review 68:The hotel was spacious with lots of scenery and a very good beach The restaurants' varieties were excellent, u can get a decent meal starting 250 000 IDR per person at some The overall stay was amazing
Review 69:Amazing stay we enjoyed every min.when u r there u dont need to go outside the hotel..the room(club palace room) is specious, with a beautiful design, the royal garden in front of the room is magnificent. .bed is very comfy..grounds of the hotel are just beautiful, well maintained and reflect the balinese culture, the hotel location on the beach is perfect in a clean and calm water bay...u can enjoy a lovely walk along the nusa dua beach strip accessing the other hotels as well:)..the best of all is the food which u can enjoy in all the hotel restaurants..staff r very welcoming and they r offering very good customer service .thanks nusa dua hotel for amazing stay
Review 70:1, Too noisy everywhere 2, Provide "free photo" service but ended up charging very high rate for the digital format of the pic. 3, Beach is not that good
Review 71:quick response to your request, staff overall performance is good
Review 72:the only thing I didn't like was that the room service staff was always in a mad rush and use to ring the door bell like no mans business. guess they need to have some patience.
Review 73:Amazing place, loved the water bodies with fishes and birds around. lush green property.food was also gr8. the Bed and the pillows were very comforting.
Review 74:They should look after to the cleanliness of the beach area. There are a lot of garbage floating in the sea and scattered in the shore.
Review 75:The room is quite fascinating with a extravagant view.
Review 76:Even if the hotel is not the newest the people who are working there make the stay fantastic. Expecially Mertayasa in the Chess bar. Food was really good (bests of the bests: lachs in the Asian restaurant, onion soup in the Chess Bar and the lasagna by Sandros)
Review 77:would like to have wifi in the room
Review 78:beautiful pools and ocean to swim in breakfast was fabulous huge selection excellent location to the convention center
Review 79:I don't know how it will be at peak season. With 380 rooms filled with families I guess it would not be the same story!!
Review 80:Everything. The peace, the food the faculities, at this low season were wonderfull.
Review 81:Poolside staff did not regularly clear away piles of used towels or plates
Review 82:The spa pool (which was adults only) was a great retreat, the on-site restaurant food was varied and well-priced and the spa treatments were fantastic.
Review 83:Best beach in Nusa Dua. Was first hotel in Nusa Dua. Club status is worth all its value - great little finger foods, cocktails,...! Friendly staff
Review 84:The air com was not working like it should be .
Review 85:The pools and the location and the staff are so accommodating . The Italian restaurant is good for a pizza by the pool . It's a great place to have a relaxing holiday.
Review 86:You may not even want to leave
Review 87:Amazingly relaxing place to stay. Huge pools, with swim up bars, so much to do you feel like you never need to leave. The beach is beautiful, the rooms large, great showers and amazingly comfortable beds. Just awesome
Review 88:nothing!
Review 89:i love everything about this hotel! - nice breakfast -nice design and decorations -very helpful staff - nice swimming pool - few steps to beautiful private beach - best hospitality
Review 90:Bed linen could be updated
Review 91:Great Hotel experience with high standard services restaurants especially breakfast ,chef's attention & location, access to the beach Simply the best.
Review 92:A bit noisy at night due to the nightlife (birds). Hotel rooms could do with a touch up. Not so happy to be charged for Internet connection. Water was also limited to two small bottle, although it was not clear if you could get more for free.
Review 93:Very nice hotel, especially the gardens. Situated very close to the beach. Hotel standard was good and the restaurants were also of a good standard. Staff were pleasant and professional.
Review 94:The poor service in the Palace Lounge. I waited 25 minutes the only night I used it, and no cocktail/canapé/menu. Couples were instantly offered a menu. I was a sole female traveller. I have never been treated like this ANY where in the world. After 20 mins asked if I wanted a drink, reply yes please, they walked off, still no menu, drink etc. I went to the palace lounge reception & asked for the duty manager, they were on a break. No one contacted me, I didn't want to write this. I use to love this hotel. I got engaged here. Had my honeymoon here in 2000. So sad. On my final morning, even though I was checking out, I had 3 staff at my door, mini bar, flowers, room service, etc. why not wait until I have checked out. Service the room then? Employ these staff in the palace lounge where some enthusiasm is desperately needed!
Review 95:The main bar staff were excellent, and also in the restaurant. The grounds were beautiful as always, and the spa staff are excellent. I live the spa area although it is not a quaint as it once was. It has a corporate feel, rather than the timeless Balinese charm, in the late 1990's when it won spa of the year with Conde Nast.
Review 96:The Chess Beach Restaurant was underwhelming to say the least, especially when it came to service. Food was ok both there and at the Italian place, nothing special. During low-tide the beach is not pretty, so you have to get your timing right (pool during low-tide and beach during high-tide).
Review 97:Charming resort with great beach during high tide. Quiet location away from the bustle of the touristy areas of Bali. I would recommend NDBH to both families and couples w/o children. Friendly, attentive staff, always smiling. Marvelous breakfast buffet next to lily pond, great pools and two wonderful restaurants with excellent food and service (Maguro Asian Bistro and Raja's Balinese Rest.). Bali Collections is within walking distance (10 min. max.) If you are searching for a five-star resort for your first trip to Bali this should be at the top of your list; you will not be disappointed.
Review 98:terrible hotel this should be 3 star not 5 star at all 1-when i arrived the man in front desk blocked my cridet card because he use something wrong then i had to call my bank then waited for one hourse and half to check in. 2- my bed sheet smell like vomite and its dirty and somebody mascara was on billow!!!! this happen every day my bed sheet smell gross and its dirty you can see coffee on sheet they never change it till i make problem they change but still smell puke!!! i wonder how they wash them laundry maybe with somebody vomite!!! 3- they never clean the floor they just fix the bed put what missing in the mini bar thats it! 4-my holiday was terreble because this hotel most terrible hotel i saw in my life and i wonder why the rate in booking .com was 8.9!!!! 5- i throw the towel on the flor everyday so they can change it they pit it again because i can see its not clean and not new from laundry. 6- Spa very poor in massage i didnt like the servece at all.
Review 99:Nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Review 100:Had been here 3 yrs ago and wanted to see if it was still as good as it was before and definatly a yes. The staff is very friendly, helpfull and attentive. I stayed in club room so could enjoy some extra facilities. Its worth the extra money in my opinion. Good breakfast a la carte and small buffet, tea time in afternoon and free cocktails in evening. The beach is lovely, pools are great. The 4 restaurants all serve quality food in my opinion. Drinks are available everywhere. Posibility to do watersports.
Review 101:The location. Drinks at the bar and the breakfast are very expensive.
Review 102:Perfect for those who are going on get a way vacation. Isolated from other areas. The only near thing is Bali collection center where you will find resturants, bars and different kind od shops. Otherwise, you need a taxi to go any where else which will cost a lot. Other than that, the hotel is just great. I loved every minutes of my stay there.
Review 103:The only suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the vegetarian section of the menu at all restaurants. Despite having 7-8 restaurants, veg menu is woefully limited and I had a tough time managing .
Review 104:The location, aesthetics of the entire hotel, the traditional touches to the building architecture, greenery and flowers all around, the ever smiling and courteous staff, the small thoughtful gesture of complimentary picture, sprawling campus with the best of facilities, large number of restaurants all in different settings, wonderful lavish buffet spread at breakfast...I could go on :)
Review 105:In the night it appeared like the A/C was turned down. Appeared warm but was not a big deal. Staff was sometimes inflexible in joining tables (we were a group of 8 people) which was strange.
Review 106:Great location, directly on the beach. Pool side restaurant very good. Facilities for children excellent.
Review 107:Nothing was wrong. The system of check-out is complicated and could be faster I guess.
Review 108:The staff, rooms and the food were great. The spa was heavenly and although it is a great place for kids it is nice to have seperate pools to play and to relax. Really Balinese style decor unlike any other hotel at Nusa Dua.
Review 109:We loved everything about this traditional style resort It was perfect for a relaxing holiday . The gardens create a tranquil setting The rooms are spacious and have a lovely feel to them The easy access to the beach and front public path Can't wait to return .
Review 110:Expensive food and drink and no free wifi in the room. At $AUD240 a night this should be a given in 2014.
Review 111:This resort has lovely spacious grounds, two big pools and is right on a beautiful beach. The room was your average hotel room with reasonable bathroom.
Review 112:Beach lounges could be better i.e. Hammocks and seating on beach.
Review 113:Atmosphere, beach location, friendly staff, breakfast buffet. Massage and Spa treatment was amazing.
Review 114:Keep in mind Nusa Dua's location makes it a bit far from Bali's cultural and touristic sites. It makes for long day trips. The concierge service is pretty much useless, as they are not permitted to make recommendations on restaurants, etc. What's the point of a concierge if you end up having to do all the research yourself? They did help with arranging a car for day trips however. Overall the facilities are great; the spa facilities could maybe use a reno, but that's small point.
Review 115:Superb location right on the beach. Very attentive staff.
Review 116:The food was average, and reception staff at times a little dismissive, overall though our stay was pleasant
Review 117:The staff in restaurants and looking after rooms were great, very friendly and made every effort to look after our needs, thankyou
Review 118:One night when I was swimming at the pool near restaurants at 8p.m, one of the hotel staff told me that I was not allowed to swim in the pool which was closed. I think that the pool should be open 24 hours.
Review 119:1. the spa is not worth the price 2.the private sea area in the hotel is not clean enough, but this is not a big problem。
Review 120:1.the food is very delicious and not so expensive 2.the environment in the hotel is good, the pool, the beach...
Review 121:Expensive food in rooms and restaurants, dust all over the room, furniture a bit old, too crowdy at breakfast, have to pay extra to use wi-fi in rooms
Review 122:Good breakfast choice, clean beach
Review 123:noise made by hundreds of kids, everywhere, no rest, no place of quiet, even in the palace club … even at pre dinner time..
Review 124:friendly service, great food, ….spacious room,…great for families
Review 125:The price! We were paying $300 per night for the most basic room in the hotel and were expected to pay extra if we wanted free wifi in the room. Also the spa amenities and the salon were overpriced. I paid $60 to have my nails repainted. I wouldn't even pay that in Australia. Aside from that the food was not the best. I wouldn't mind eating average food if I was paying average price. Paying australian prices for food that was no better than average is inexcusable in a 5 star resort.
Review 126:The location is fantastic and the hotel's commitment to Balinese styling is wonderful to see in an era where Bali is rapidly being developed by foreigners.
Review 127:Room with communication to the next one. Breakfast was a bit confusing to find the food / drinks
Review 128:Location: close to the airport, exclusive resort. Architecture Nice beach, thought it was difficult to swim when low tide. Very calm resort, which seemed a little odd in the evening, being the bar almost empty after dinner.
Review 129:The exchange rate being offered. Advice would be to exchange your money before going to Nusa Dua
Review 130:the resort itself is huge and beautiful. They have activities of all kinds to keep you busy. Staff is very friendly and makes you super comfortable
Review 131:It's very difficult to criticise the Nusa Dua but there are a few comments. The prices shown are quite deceptive because a large tax is then added. It would be a bonus if fresh water were provided for guests at all times. The spa could do with an overhaul. The bar area was quiet in the evenings though good entertainment was provided.
Review 132:The staff at this hotel are their greatest asset - they could not do enough. This was proper customer service, the like of which has not been seen in the UK for many a year. The beach location is perfect for a relaxing holiday in an ideal setting. An excellent choice of restaurants is provided - we sampled the lot! The breakfast offering was mind-blowing in terms of quality, choice and quantity - plenty to keep you going all day.. Rajah's, Chess and Sandrino's delivered perfectly cooked, delicious food - all freshly prepared. The breads and pastries are to die for. Room accommodation was spacious, well appointed and in a beautiful setting.
Review 133:No free WiFi in rooms Restaurants a bit pricy
Review 134:Spacious layout all over (from foyer till rooms) Friendly and helpful staff Huge spread at breakfast and wide time frame (from early till late) Nice coffee Wide spread of restaurants and excellent menu's and tasty dishes
Review 135:Rooms are outdated and tv did not work. Grounds are tidy but very old. Lobby isn't very grand or impressive.
Review 136:The pool
Review 137:We loved everything, from the welcoming staff to the pristine gardens and the shady beach. We want to go back! Soon!
Review 138:Lovely staff and beautiful hotel
Review 139:The resort
The Fine Print
