Review 1：Sometimes it took 5-10 min until wifi would pass the login screen, after that it worked ok. no clue why they need that login screen with password, could just make it free to connect.
Review 2：Very good apartment, clean, everything new, in a beautiful place felt almost like Tuscany, very good location to visit sermione/gardaland/zoo/lezuce etc.. Great for the price would stay there again.

Review 5：there is no daily replacement for basic stuff such as toilet paper (need to go to reception every time). no daily cleaning as well. For us it wasn't a real issue

Review 11：Excellent pool and a very friendly staff. Just a small example: I had a problem with a local Gas Station where i overpaid 50 Euro. I got the hotel manager involved with this issue and since i had to fly over, the hotel paid me the 50 Euro in advance and said they will reclaim the money directly with the Gas station. These are the kind of things that make a good hotel an excellent one!

Review 16：We had trouble finding the right dishwasher detergent, which was not supplied. Also, given that there was a washing machine but no dryer, a folding drying rack for clothes would have been nice.
Review 17：The modern decor and pool particularly appealed to us, and the staff was helpful, welcoming, and spoke English. Instead of a shared sofa bed, our kids happily got two twin beds - one a trundle bed under the sofa and the other a cot that the staff kindly moved from the bedroom into the living room for us. Excellent value!

Review 19：We would return to this place as the setting can compete with any part of Tuscany and you are very close to beautiful Bardolino and Verona. We enjoyed the pool and the ambiance. It is a good value for money. The owners are eager to accomodate your needs and very pleasant.
