Review 1：Site very large & obviously popular - very busy & full. Caravans fairly basic but clean Caravans/mobile homes crammed together with very little surrounding space & little sunshine during daylight hours due to surrounding trees.

Review 3：The mobile home was very cold without any blankets, towels and not even toilet paper. The electricity was off, I had to ask multiple time for it to be turn on. Very long check-in time, more then a hour.

Review 6：Great site, the pool is fantastic for kids, great location on the lake close to Lazise, some nice restaurant at Cisano which is a 10 min walk away, on site restaurants were good too. The park was clean and the supermarket convenient with good choice. Our children loved the entertainment too.

Review 15：Light switch broken, light fitting broken, vent broken, charge for bedsheets! Extremely warm and muggy and no fans in the caravan, no kettle, no microwave and not able to check in until 6pm!

Review 16：Mobile homes were old and felt very shabby. The view from ours was another very shabby mobile home right in front of us, and we had no sun as were very enclosed and in the trees. Check in was horrendous as so busy. We came back later to get bedding, only to find it had all gone so we spent the week using paper sheets that were still expensive for what they were. Beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked even when you breathed! Couldn't wait to get back home to a good night sleep (even our 5 and 8 year old kids said the same and they sleep brilliantly usually).

Review 17：Gorgeous location right on Lake, short drive to beautiful towns like Bardolino, Garda and Torri Del Benacco (don't miss this one, it is gorgeous!). Fantastic animation team who did a fab disco and all spoke so many languages and were able to include everybody. Friendly service!

Review 50：first they gave us wrong room. the wrong room was with linen but no towels or toilet paper. the right room we ordered was without linen and without towels. they asked 8 euro for each towel and 11 euro for each bed linen. then we couldn't find the a\c remote control so they asked us "did you pay 30 euro deposit for the remote control?". bottom line: this place managing is wrong. they are trying to make money just when the customer can't do much and it is wrong. after we insist the front desk lady called the manager and she gave us free towels and sheets (not cotton but some kind of paper sheets ?!) but it was after about an hour of come-go and negotiations.

Review 52：The bungalow was good but there was a lingering smell from the drains. We just missed out on the swimming pool, opened on our last day.

Review 53：The location between Cisano and Lazise is great and the new footpath fabulous. Outdoor gym was fun and generally facilities were good. The kids were happy and enjoyed the ice cream and playgrounds.

The cleaners turned of the power and it would have been good to have been told that they did not provide towels of even a piece of toilet paper (coming from NZ i did not have room to pack these items and I had asked before had and was told the room had everything!) Although the pool was lovely the grumpy life guard did not add to the atmosphere and yes I know shops at these places will be expensive - but even so their prices were over the top!
