Review 1：The view from our room was superb and I thought the TV built into the bathroom mirror was cool. Really nice towels and sheets-that's how you know it is 5 stars.

Review 2：nothing good the room for sure can't be include in 4 stars . the personnel of the check in better to use them at the bell boy , you can take money from customer but at less for a 5 stars a little bet class that perhaps you do not know what i am talking about

Review 4：We really liked the location ! It was vey close to many attraction in haifa. It was 2-3 min away from the Carmel center where you have a selection of restaurants and you can catch the subway to take you to five other haifa locations.

Review 7：1.On booking as a state resident you need to add VAT on top of the final price, and that little peace of info does not appear anywhere until after you made the order. that's probably more of a platform issue. 2. at the reception the hotel asked for another 15$/night for a bed for our 2 year. we refused since it's not mentioned anywhere before or after the reservation, and they backed down. so unnecessary.

Review 8：Everything was good and comfortable. Good vibe from the staff. Haifa is a lovely place with many interesting spots and the hotel knows how to give you the little extras that make you feel even better.

Review 9：it is so isolated i asked for shuttle i had conference down the hill in Haifa they said we can get u a taxi no taxi\s can sit there so a good ten minutes wait and fifty shekels to go anywhere. Pick Dan Panaroma next time easier to get around

Review 11：Overpriced- is the only way to discribe it. 50 Nis for the parking? The breakfast wasn't that good, the reception staff unprofessional, although they are making faces- as they working at Four Season- as I was asking about the babysitter services they so proud to offer over the internet- the receptionist told me- I need to call by myself to girls and check if they can babysit... They have stairs to the pool, as I was with baby carrier, they told me to go around and someone will come to open the gate for me- well I stood there for ten minutes- no one came. Very disappointing experience, certainly not worth a second chance, especially not for that amount of money.

Review 52：This is a genral compaint about sall high end hotels. It is ridiculousto charge for wifi internet access. The lower cost hotels include it, Ifeel gouged by paying $20 per device for wifi access.

Review 55：I had the pleasure of staying at the Dan Carmel December 17-21. The service and accomodations were all first class. I was upgraded to a lovely new suite and could not wait to return to it each night after a long day of work. I could not have been more comfortable--it was furnished beautifully, was immaculately clean and quiet plus the view was amazing. I don't watch much television, but I really enjoyed the television in the bathroom mirror while! Breakfast each day was a treat-beautifully presented with abundant variety which changed each day. Service was efficient and responsive from the front desk to the gift shop to the dining room. I can't wait to return to the Dan Carmel the next time my travels take me to haifa!
