Review 4：I stayed at Hotel Sannita with my friend for 5 nights, it was a wonderful stay, the hotel and the rooms were very clean, the staff were so friendly and smiley. Luigi (the receptionist) helped us with all the city orientation and touristic information, sometimes when we ordered coffee he brought it to us in the room Also Yole (the receptionist) was very smiley and warm, she ordered for us a taxi to the airport. I highly recommend Hotel Sannita for everyone !!
Review 5：The hotel advertises free wi-fi on the site, but it only connects to theinternal network, you cannot access internet. The hotel appears to be inthe middle of a stalled remodel with missing fittings and lights,tattered and filthy carpet treads on the stairs, etc. The buffetbreakfast is a joke. Over-toasted croissants and only minimal jelliesand spreads put out, with no utensils to spread them. You have tointerrupt the staff and ask them for coffee, not that they are reallydoing anything other than talking amongst themselves. Definitely theworst hotel I've ever booked through booking.com.
