Review 1：I have stayed here twice and both the times had request few arrangements well in advance. 1st time I didn't get it. The 2nd time I got it after an hour. Its minor but something they can improve.

Review 3：Please do not book taxis from reception. The person/hotel gets a peice of the action and hence you will be charged higher than normal rates. This was explained by the taxi operator himself when I quizzed him about these high rates. Try sourcing taxi operators from online. It's much better

Review 5：People staffing the hotel were very courteous and likeable. The food in restaurant was nice and their service was personalised and nice. Cleanliness was good too.

I had dinner andbreakfast in the roof top restaurant and again received 5 starserviceand great food with and explanation of the meals from the Captain incharge. I am returning to Visa at the end of the month and have bookedin again. Very happy

Review 14：Develop your rooms AC every time it was not functioning well, Your should two three rent a car service provider not depend upon one then some he give lots of harassment which we got. at the time of selection you ask whether drive know at least Hindi language, some people don't know english as well as hindi also.I saw most of the visitor from West Bengal -so you should arrange good cook who can cook bengali dish otherwise visitor suffering every time. your room maintenance require daily basis otherwise suddenly some big problem come then you become big problem. u also arrange one mini Bar cum Restrudent.

Review 17：The cleanliness of the place. The hotel common areas and rooms were kept in excellent and clean conditions. The staff was extremely responsive and courtesy The restaurant was small but the food served was hot and tasty. We especially liked the mannerism and hospitality of the person managing the b/f at the restaurant. Overall its surely value for money and i would strongly recommend it to other travelers.
