Review 3：Carpet not as clean as you might hope for but OK. Not all reception staff spoke English well enough to deal with international visitors. BYO sink plug!
Review 4：We loved our comfortable, large room which had a great shower. A haven from the heat and dust! There was complimentary bottled water each day, and English speaking TV channels. An excellent breakfast was included in the tariff and offered variety. Restaurant was lovely (if expensive). Central location of hotel made access to everything easy.

Review 13：The staff was not at all friendly and cooperative. The food quality was cheap. Not many options availbable. Rooms were also not confortable. I had stayed there earlier. The situation was the same. U stayed here this time hoping that the situation would have improved. But, to my disapoointment, nothing has changed. Overall, its a budget hotel.
Review 14：I can understand that it was a summer & Aurangabad is having a huge water problems but still a garden so big should be maintained nicely. Frequently changing pool water will also be a good idea.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, food is great. beautiful restaurent with great choices from sizzlers to continentals & cinese to indian with a efficient service. Totally enjoyed the stay & definitely going to stay there next time with booking.com.
Review 16：Very unprofessional staff..make so many mistakes while billing andbilled me extra. When I pointed that out could not correct the bill, asit was already in the system, swiped the card twice..actuallytwice..then it took so much to nullify that..still waiting for thecorrect bill which they have promised to send by courier. End result ?got delayed for my flight which was late..thank god..so I could make it.
