Review 1：This was our second visit here and was every bit as enjoyable as the first. Good quality, comfortable room, superb breakfast and great staff. Ample secure parking and just a few steps away from the shops, restaurants and the lake itself. Bardolino was "buzzing" just after Christmas with its lakeside market, ice rink and festive street lighting, all of which created a really nice atmosphere. We look forward to our next trip.

Review 2：We were given a room which stank of smoke.Both receptionist and manageress acknowledged it and offered a fresh air spray.On check out I was offered a derisory and offensive 3% discount (9 euros!) increased to 5% on basis I did not relay my discontent to Booking.com.The Manageress said I was not her client but a client of Booking.com.She basically washed her hands of the problem.Very shabby behaviour and the room will undoubtedly be resold despite still smelling of smoke.

Review 5：Its not possible to answer the question " what did you like best" because staying at this hotel is something special. The cleaning staff keep the hotel and, as far as I am concerned my bedroom, extremely clean, the breakfasts and the staff who work in the restaurant are great, and the reception staff are excellent and real ambassadors for the hotel. I cannot wait to return!

Review 13：The location was so central, but when in the beautiful grounds by the pool you wouldn't believe you were bang smack in the middle of town. The Staff were amazing and very friendly.

Review 14：We had some trouble getting the air conditioning at the right level in the rooms. It's not possible to adjust it in the room and you have to ask reception which was a process which had to be gone through for a couple of days.

Review 18：The single room was the smallest space I have ever occupied, and though thr narrow bed is apparently not uncommon in Italy -according to the hotel - it is well below the Central European standard width for a single bed - I looked it up in wikipedia!

Review 22：This hotel is lovely. We have stayed there on numerous occasions. Location is in the old town, plenty of shops and places to eat. We had a lovely superior room overlooking the wonderful gardens and pool. Staff very welcoming and helpful and friendly. Hotel very, very clean and well kept. There is a very nice feeling of privacy about the hotel.

Review 23：The single rooms are VERY small. They can't supply boiling water for tea at breakfast - it is luke warm which makes awful tea! Some reception staff could not speak fluent enough english, so some conversations were difficult.

Review 24：Pool and garden are beautiful. The Spa facilities are good, but it would be helpful if someone was there to advise how to use certain facilities. Breakfast is good (apart from the tea), and various lovely coffee's are available if you ask. The location of the hotel is good. The hotel is kept very clean.

Review 25：Air conditioning can only be controlled from reception. It was unusually hot and we had to phone reception on numerous occasions to get room temperature to a tolerable level. It took several days before we felt the issue had been properly attended to.

The selection for the buffet breakfast was simply outstanding and a credit to the owners. Even the car park was lovely with lots of trees and a large secure gate.

The staff on reception, in the restaurant, and cleaning staff are all great, make you welcome, and are one of the hotels most valued assets which makes it a joy to stay in the hotel. Review 33：Stayed for 4 nights as part of our honeymoon. We were greeted with a bottle of prosecco in our room. Lovely room overlooking the garden and pool, could also see the lake. Free use of spa and bikes. Lovely breakfast with lots of choice. Couldn't fault the hotel. Bar prices very reasonable, also bar snacks. We can't understand how it is only a 3 star. We would definately rate it as a high 4 star and will definately return if we go back to bardilino.

Review 41：I first discovered Hotel4Stagioni about 3 years ago, having been looking for somewhere to stay for my first visit to Bardolino. This hotel exceeded my expectations; so much so that it has become a priority for at least one annual visit if not more. The staff on reception are very welcoming and could not be more helpful. Similarly the staff in the restaurant where breakfast is served are equally good and the wide ranging quality and choice of food for breakfast would do credit to a 5 star hotel. Also the ladies who clean the bedrooms are very pleasant and do a good job. This is a special gem of a place with a great team of staff.

Review 42：Nothing. Each request was helpfully considered and simply happened with great efficiency and just as important, with a smile. The service level of this hotel is way above its star rating and the bathroom we found to be a little quirky, and entirely acceptable given my illness.

The food choices at breakfast was the best we found on this trip, and great restaurants are a few steps from the hotel entrance. We were delighted to find the rest and relaxation of this lovely hotel as being literally what the Doctors ordered as l had been very ill in the days previous to arrival. Review 44：The garden and pool were beautiful and peaceful. The staff always friendly and helpful. We loved having bikes available for excursions. We loved our balcony overlooking the busy street. The breakfasts were amazing. The central location was excellent for going out and about the town and for concerts in the evening.

Review 45：Rooms facing to the town are noisy, getting some sleep before 1am is difficult even with windows closed. There is no mosquito net on the windows, so prepare some repellent, or be eaten alive. Water pressure can also be tricky at peak hours.

Bicycle use, operational wifi and wellness is included in the price. Garden and pool side is also very nice and the main entrance of the hotel is right at the old town center with all the moody shops and restaurants.

Review 54：The only fault with this hotel was its inaccessibility to disabled people. There are steps to climb and no lift to the first floor which is up two substantial flights of marble stairs. If you stay at this hotel and find steps difficult ask for 2nd or 3rd floor room.

Review 55：The location was super. This hotel is only quite small which we prefer to the large impersonal hotels. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished. The reception girls and other staff can't do enough for you. We would definitely recommend it.

Review 58：Pool Area: All walkways to and around the pool are overgrown with the adjacent shrubbery - many sunbeds are unusable because of this. Also getting into the pool itself is difficult for a non-swimmer; there's no shallow end and it's quite deep (1.6m) with deep steps leading to the smaller jacuzzi end of the pool. (Unable to walk into it properly and to get out of, since the steps are approx 18 inches high!) Room: There were no BBC channels on the TV despite the manual saying that there were. Also there was no iron available to borrow.

Review 110：Owner. Air conditioning was broken/buzzing the first night. Staff was friendly and apologized for not being able to switch our room or fix until next day. They did fix but we had a miserable night the first night so my husband let the front desk know and ask how they could compensate us for an awful night. The owner overheard and proceeded to stare us down the rest of our stay. The lady at the desk couldn't do anything, but if you own the place - how about an apology for our inconvenience, at the least. ? Or a free drink at the bar? Just make us think you care. Giving your guests the look of death during the remainder or their stay really doesn't make things better. (fyi)
