Review 1：Not that I didn't like it but the beds could be improved and the lounge was very hard and uncomfortable.

Review 5：From the outset we were made to feel very welcome by Murray and Sandy who were very helpful with information on the local area and hotel facilities. We found our rooms to be very clean, comfortable and well equipped with a great view of the pool and excellent BBQ facilities.

Review 8：Very minor: very old and rusted out air con unit on balcony looks out of place in such an otherwise stunning apartment. On the expensive side - but we stayed during the high season.

Review 9：Our apartment was stunning - really well designed, impressively maintained, well equipped and very clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed plus more (including extra sets of non breakable crockery and glasses for use down by the BBQs and pool), all in excellent condition. Fans in all rooms were appreciated when we didn't want air con. All beds very comfortable and bathrooms had qood quality bathroom towels. There was a small daily allowance of free wifi available. Outside facilities like the pools, tennis court, gym and BBQ areas were all outstanding and had well managed opening times so noise from pools or tennis courts was not an issue. Gardens were attractive and well presented. A lovely quiet location but still in easy walking distance from all the shops and the beach. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Review 11：I thought the facilities were excellent pool, barbecue area ,gardens are all extremely well maintained. The only comment I would make was that my booking thru booking.com said fully equipped kitchen which was not the case. We were only there one night but if you booked for several nights and no kitchen you might be unhappy. I spoke to Chris to make sure we had right room and suggested that he let booking. Com know about the error in describing the room. Very good location I would definitely stay again. I do think our room was very nice but did think the price was a bit on the high side but might have been more about time of year

Review 52：The air con on the balcony blew really hot air which made it almost impossible to use the balcony. We stayed for a week and didn't get enough supplies of dishwashing/laundry powder, when on holidays you don't really want to have to go out and buy such things as just found that annoying.

Review 70：The kitchen was supposed to be 'fully-equipped' . The microwave didn't work and only the bare minimum if crockery and cutlery. Barely possible to make breakfast - no orange squeezer, no cafeteria, no microwave bowls or even a decent cutting knife. For a 5 star rated accommodation that was not cheap, pool towels were not provided in the room ( extra charge to hire) and you were asked to take your own rubbish down to the bins in the basement or be charged extra. We thought this place was too expensive for what was offered and would not come again. It wax also further from the beach than we had thought.

Review 78：1. The apartment wasn't the best location compared with the others, I.E. any view was blocked by palms.2. The noise from people (us included) really echoed in stairwells. 3. Rubbish in garden bed below Apt 5 balcony. 4. Not enough child friendly (small) plastic cups. The plastic ones provided were unnecessarily large for kids to handle. They, along with other wine glasses were a nuisance to fit in the dishwasher. Dishwasher could do with an update - not user friendly to pack at all.
