Review 1：Had a dis-agreement with the booking .com room rate as agreed and the rate they wanted to charge, after much discussion especially regarding the exchange rate, they accepted the booking .com rate. Strongly suggest guests sort this out before they arrive to avoid unpleasant arguments.

Review 2：The room was large and spacious. The food in Dimple restaurant was very good and relatively in-expensive.

Review 33：- Front desk staff could appear to be paying more attention to listening to you. I called 3 times to extend my stay because I thought they might not have understood my request. Such little feedback they give often talking on the side to someone else. - They could provide 2 bottles of water per day - not just one. - I requested for additional tea bags, but got only 2 bags which I ran out next day and had to ask again. - No paper napkins/tissue box in room. - The clock is noisy and shows incorrect time - very noisy at night if you are not tired and trying to sleep - i had to take the battery off to stop it. - Before checkout, a person checked to make sure I had left everything intact in the room. - The guy who came for airport pickup was not holding a placard; so I had to call the hotel again to track him.

Review 34：+ I like the room - it has got character - not those bland contemporary rooms. + The curtains and bed are immaculately clean. + The room also has a fan - most international hotels do not have a fan. The a/c works perfectly and quietly. + The art deco piece and its accent light + There is a shoe shine near the elevator + A variety of restaurants with very tasty food and affordable rates. I stayed for 4 days and still did not have the time to taste all the food varieties they had. + The place is always very lively with lot of functions/celebrations/weddings/politician visits/etc + Free airport drop and pickup + Room rate is affordable + First day I returned to room in evening, and pleasantly surprised to see a good night message and a chocolate bar on the table. + There is a xerox machine in the printer room.

Review 35：The incharge at the front desk was the most rudest and disrespectful individual that in just a second made gave me a feeling to cancel the reservation and shift to The Gateway hotel instead. Daspalla's management can do a better job at recruiting the front desk managers who know better manners, and learn that it's not right to shout at customers. Sickening experience being a Vizag native. Never going back again.

Review 36：The room air conditioning was not working properly. Inspite of setting the thermostat to the lowest value, the room was warm. The matter was informed to the hotel personnel after the first day, but it was not rectified. I had to spend another night in the same room with the same problem.
