Review 1：Cramped parking with a few places, small room, breakfest served from 7AM what is unusual in a airport hotel.

Review 7：Parking was a bit of a problem. The car park is under the hotel and had limited room. Squeezing the strange car into the available space must have provided the receptionist with a good laugh on her monitor (it took us ten minutes).

Review 16：Staff were rude and barely acknowledged you. My partner was flying that day and checked me into the hotel, carried my luggage up etc to my single room and no more than 15 minutes later we got a phone call saying if he doesn't leave I will be charged an extra €15.00 on the bill. He was merely moving luggage and settling me into the room. The location is quite average, it is in a dodgy area and definitely did not feel safe going anywhere by myself. There was supposed to be a breakfast included in the bill but I never heard anything from the reception staff about it when I checked in.

Review 18：I chose this hotel due to its proximity to the airport as I was onlytravelling through Naples but had an early flight the nextmorning—perfect place as transport was arranged for me and I'dstayed in Napoli Centrale after my late flight in and this area was muchmore quiet and safe.Advice if you are english and considering this venue, call them up as the staff were exceptional, particularly Angela who spoke English well and was very helpful to arrange my food and transfers. If you are looking for hotel as a stopover before flying (as the name suggests!) this is the place—great value for money and service. Would go again for sure
Review 19：The Location is just awful and the Hotel is not marked so good luck ifyou're driving The Internet Access is not possible from the room Iwas staying even though this was supposed to be possible so I have tospend hours in the Hotel loung. Staff was friendly but loud especiallyin the morning from 8 am so impossible to sleep late!
