Review 1:regarding what I dont liked about Green park, Vizag. Before we checked in, our one bag is missing from the place where they have placed our bags. We told them that the bag is missing and may be somebody has taken but they not fast to take action and some the problem. Being a good hotel the staff should be smart and good in communication, but they are dumb in action and doing nothing. After so many CCTV camera videos watching its found that their staff has loaded our bag to some other persons car who was checking out. greattttt.... how could they do like this.... *1. All the check in.. and check out bags are kept at one place. And there are 100% chance that it will get mixed... so very third class of poor management. 2. CCTV cameras installed in this hotel is like very unorganized way. only one Cam to see the Lobby area and only one came to see the people who are coming in or going out. such a big hotel and only two cameras to see the whole lobby and in and out people... this is pathetic... 3. Finally they came to know that their staff has given our luggage to some other guest in their car... wow... 4. It took them 4 hours to bring our bag from that guest. So our complete 4 hours wasted on NEW YEAR 2016 1st Jan. wow... 5. They are taking pic of each and every person who are coming to hotel and taking ID but what about the bags.... what about the proper number of CCTV camera,, what about the fast action taking when a bag is lost by their employee. And they didn't even reduced the tariff for wasting out time on the new year day.. and saying we are sorry but we cant do anything. So,... this is how Green park has SPOILED our new year day.... will never go to this hotel for sure.... mark it...
Review 2:Nothing that we have liked about Green Park of Vizag. Apart from Average food they have average facilities.
Review 3:We left after one night because my daughter got sick. We still had to pay the 2 nights left..furthermore the staffelprijzen was rude and kent us waiting to leave because of burocratic nonsense. Staff unfriendly and arrogant. Rooms Coldplay and hotel toon big. Not als please te staf definitely and way too expensive.
Review 4:Opportunity for staff to be more professional in their dealing with guests; especially the front desk!! We waited endlessly for someone to help with our luggage while checking out!! Also, the guest relations executive is awkward and mostly wanders aimlessly through the hotel lobby!!
Review 5:The room was the worst one. Bed was so old and caved in. The bath room shower was Brocken and it was showering even in the room. The safe box malfunctioned and I couldn't get any staff for 15 min. Even after calling the mail desk many a time. The front desk seems not used to handling such matters.

Review 14:The check in was a disaster. They probably need to get more English understanding people at the front desk. Took 40 minutes to being me my food in the restaurant, after the chef decided to switch off the stove... :) probably because I was the only one there. the Aircon gets turned off and on at will. But all in all the experience got better with time and felt sad I had to leave...
Review 15:The room service was the best of all, including the F&B Manager Samit, who did his best to make our stay a memorable one, but has the worst task of managing a bunch of slow lazy people, but then that is what you see all over the place in the F&B industry in Vizag. Good House keeping too, after briefing them clearly what we needed and how it needed to be done :)

Review 42:Wifi is damn slow, and allows only one instrument to be connected. Bathrooms are not clean enough, and emenities are not replenished regularly. Service in the restaurant is incredibly slow, about 45 minutes for a simple set meal. Staff is very noisy in the corridors.

Review 47:We booked an extra night and was moved from an executive suite to a double room - the room was older; the suite had obviously received a renovation. It was still a clean and comfortable room.
Review 48:It was not properly explained that the tax rates would be higher so the invoice was higher than on our our booking.com quote, which caused confusion and stress. There was renovation work occurring near our rooms so it was a bit noisy in our rooms during the morning and early afternoon. Gym opening hours are limited.

Room smell of heavy naphthalene (in anunsuccessful attempt to keep the roaches away, I think). For $100 aday,should expect a little more cleanliness.
