Review 3：The location of the property is just awsum .when we reached the hotel staff took us for a round of the hotel and me and my hubby wer just spellbound...it was a lovely experience. The food is extremely delicious and make us urge for more and more even our tummy is full..its jus something extraordinary.....for me the location vizag means the park..and nothing else...we are soon planning again to visit the property...the staffs are well behaved and cordial..we enjoyed a candle lit dinner jus near the sea side and felt the amazing and soothing wind which whispered and just engraved something in our mind..I just simply can't express the experience...

Review 4：what could have been better:- 1. Footmats outside the bathroom were not provided 2. The hand faucet in the bathroom was not working properly 3. Food variety in the Italian restaurant was very limited; same in bamboo restaurant also 4. The gym is too congested 5. Seems like there are a lot of long-term guests, hence did not get the feel of much hospitable treatment 6. The attendants in the buffet section did not seem very helpful 7. I was surprised that they did not have a proper reception desk, but only some tables setup. The verbal pronunciation of English by the receptionists was not upto the mark, and they did not seem to be happy to see me. They asked for my card to be swiped as soon as I checked in and I found that very rude. 8. Sewage water from nearby property was flowing into the sea 9. Some cakes and fruits were supposed to be served in the room as welcome gifts, but they were given on the second day only

Review 5：Overall, I would rate this as an okay stay, while I would have expected to have been bowled over, considering its such an expensive place. Review 8：Buildings and rooms need some attention and updating. Scratched and damaged furniture. Flaking paintwork in bedrooms, tiling stained etc. Would rate as a European 3 star.

Review 12：Very disappointed, very good location but all else was below expectations. The bathroom was filthy and had no hot water and leaky faucets. Was moved to a different room after a long wait.

Review 13：The property badly need's a total renovation. It actually needed it some 10 or 15 years back. I stayed in this hotel some 25 years back and looks like they haven't even polished the flooring since then. Added to this, they offer the property for weddings and film shootings and what a mess it was on that day!

Review 57：Should have more facalities to small children, they have empty spaces where they can dedicate play area for small childrens. Should not charge for internet beyond 1 hour of free limit, instead they can provide it totally free and add increase the room charges.

Review 58：The location was good. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Was stayed here for 6 nights. Just enjoyed even on the edge of Philine Cyclone. They allow to drive battery operated Riva Car during the stay free of cost.

There wasa feeling that left over food was being recycled given that the idlieswere stale, the bread was smelly etc.The breakfast service did not start promptly at 6:30 as promised. Staff were not customer friendly. Egg station started about 7 am. Would recommend revamping the place in total.
