Review 1:Very bad speed internet, I get better internet speed at villages I visit for work; breakfast was so so (nothing spectacular).

Review 3:I was in Pune to meet my cousins so after a 5hr journey from Bombay I reached the hotel past 12 am and my cousins came by to see me the staff wouldn't let my cousin come up to my room and after a long argument they accepted to let them in if I paid them 1000 rupees + taxes per person. Ridiculous attempt to make some side money

Review 7:Customer service is not good generally in this hotel. For example, it took more than 30min for our bags to make it to our room on arrival. In the restaurant, staff were too busy on their phone to provide us with a menu, bill etc on each of the 3 times we were there.

Review 12:Hotel charged for cutlery and disturbed us at ungodly hours for plates as if they would be packed up in bags and taken. Hotel and staff both were not worth the money and service and facility definitely not 5 stars. Probably less than 3 stars. Disappointment. Checked out of o hotel and checked into courtyard Marriott, they are superb compared to o hotels poor service

Review 14:1. Took alot of time at check in 2. 1st day gave me a standard room inspite of booking the deluxe but changed the next day. 3. At night one of the staff was rude on fone and refused to send extra chairs in the room but later dey did send. 4. Good hotel but definitely not 4star. 5. Review 16:The staff is excellent but the hotel is not maintained very well . We had a problem repeatedly with our room key cards which could not be rectified and had to call security 3 times to manually open the door.
Review 17:This used to be a truly nice place 2 years back, but as ist is often in India: Maintanance and care get totally neglected. Rooms and restaurant stll fine, roof-top restaurant and rets already pretty shabby. What a pity, if you know how it was.

Review 19:With taxes I was charged Rs 6000 for staying in the hotel until midnight of my leaving day plus an extra Rs4360 in taxes on top of what I expected to pay for accommodation and Rs500 was charged for sending 1 email on their ipad as the business centre was not working. Their were problems with their electronic key card and safe plus the lighting console was illegible.

Review 29:Purposeful deficits by housekeeping. Towel short. Or toilet paper less. Water bottles short. Tea bags not replenished. So that special asking is required, perhaps hence the tip. Though I tip well. Yet, travelers should be forced to, by these strategic means. All well otherwise

Review 35:The check-in policy is absurd. The front desk wanted to authorize my credit card for my entire 10 day stay! This is apparently hotel policy. It's not the case at the Taj Blue Diamond a minute away. In any case, don't authorize more than a single night. There is the appearance of cleanliness, but both my hotel rooms had issues. The moment I arrived in the first one, I noticed the bathtub had hair and couple of dead bugs in it. I asked to switch rooms, which the hotel obliged. In my other room, the first things I noticed were that my toilet seat had stains on it, the drain covers were out of place. However, it was not until I used the bed hours later, that my stay became intolerable. The bed covers, which look nice, had foul smell of perspiration and bacteria. I did not sleep. When I went to shower the next morning, the water backed up onto my feet and flooded the bathroom. Clearly the drain was blocked. The hinges on the shower door had rusty screws. This hotel has the appearance of being clean, but it does not meet Western standards of a luxury hotel.

The staff is really rude and does not care at all. you are charged inr 8000 for a 4500 room upfront and then u still have to pay in cash for the room service right then. in total it's pathetic
Review 38:I had taken an auto to the hotel with my luggage which they allowed to be unloaded at the front entrance. On my departure, they did not allow an auto to pick me up from the driveway at front entrance because it was against their policy to allow autos in their driveway. I had to carry my heavy luggage to the other side of the road to catch an auto. Does the comfort an convenience of your guest truly matter to you?? Are your policies designed keeping the guest's comfort in mind? Do you genuinely care about your guests?

Review 40:1. Asked for a cab in the morning - there was no reply for 3 hours and once again when I enquired that on purpose told some expensive rate which is not acceptable by any one. 2. Called for WIFI password: The staff told they will get back to me, but never called back. 3. Lights were going in the midnight and there was constant noise about something. 4. No tissues in the bathroom. Pathetic experience
Review 41:Airport transfers was quite disappointing as the cars promised. We were told certain cars were going to be available and we were provided with lower category cars at quite high prices. Breakfast buffet could do better.
Review 42:Hotel decor Cleanliness Custom order pillows The hotel staff was quite warm and welcoming, it has a very contemporary Asian infusion style going on which gives you a great ambience. We got there at 6 am and were at our room within 15 minutes. The staff is quite prompt and they really take their cleanliness very seriously which compared to some of the other five star hotels is much better. Overall speaking quite a nice hotel to be in and it has a lot of privacy and noise isolation for the room which keeps the loudness at bay.

Review 45:On request too, staff was busy trying to bill us first before checking us in inspite of us requesting that we had travelled the entire day and had a kid waiting to go to the loo. Stupid policy of paying for the entire stay upfront when we were supposed to be there for 2 nights. They could have done it after 30 minutes once we had settled in. Swimming pool is closed on monday which was not informed to us in any manner or even at the hotel.

Review 48:Everything. Right from when we checked in. The reception guys are extremely arrogant. They do not know how to welcome people. They treat you like low standard people. Ask you to pay the amount for the room the minute you enter. The first thing they say to us is. Please pay the room rate so we can allot your room. And also say please pay be cash when you order anything on room service. I mean. Are we bloody beggars? They think we cannot afford to pay! I So unprofessional. I'm a very frequent traveller and usually stay at the taj. Changes my choice and had a terrible experience. Learn to treat your guests well. If we trust the hotel to they must have the same trust The suite rooms were not very clean. The bar was locked. Once opened. It was dirty. The rooms had a strange smell too. Terrible hospitatility.

Review 51:The lunch buffet had great variety but the quality of curry(sabzi etc) and the food was really not good. Tasted very stale and like there was a lot of preservatives in it. Not good indian food at all.

Review 57:unfriendly staff, Uncomfortable beds. Was given an option to change rooms however the bed was still the same terrible. Due to spring beds which the hotel uses. It seems the beds have come to their lifeline and seriously require replacing. Saw cockroaches on the roof top bar hence avoid dining at any cost. Health and safety non existent. Surprised at the 5 star status ?

Review 59:I feel that the staff is too young and not very experienced and needs to be trained well. In my last stay they have goofed up in my billing which was totally not acceptable after the duty manager promising me to refund the amount into my account.
Review 60:The music from a pool party one night was very loud until 2am but it was a weekend after all and it doesn't happen every week so these things must be accepted. Could have always gone and joined the party!
Review 61:Everything was presented very well, very clean and comfortable and excellent service from all staff from check in, concierge, room service, restaurant staff and cleaners. Rooms are lovely, breakfast is great and choice of food across the restaurants is more than you need. Spa is Very good also. I stayed for 10 days and checked out expecting to leave but suddenly had to extend the trip, so I was put in another hotel by the supplier for one night but swiftly moved back to the O Hotel... much better! Stayed two weeks in total.
Review 62:The staff's english is not very good Staff was very unhelpful Beware the poolside tables are sloped. My friends Iphone slid off and fell into the pool. The room service / concierge / reception did not understand a request for a bowl of uncooked rice to try and drain the phone and wanted to charge us money for the raw rice. The staff billed me for 3 rooms that I have booked when I had explicitly mentioned we would prefer 3 separate bills on checkout in which they agreed. The wedding music was so loud, we were 4 floors above and could see hear the bass at 10pm The other room I booked was non-smoking but it was full of cigarette smoke We requested twin rooms with 2 separate beds but we all got 1 king size bed. They asked for feedback and we gave them this list: we only thankfully stayed for 1 night and they did not compensate in any way!

Review 64:Good Hotel. This is the third time I am staying in this property in the last 1 month. Its a good hotel, however the maintenance team needs to be checking rooms on regular basis specially the bathroom where some or the other problem is always there. The Gym is good however one has to pay 500 for the steam which I found very expensive.

Review 75:Small little things that would be experienced everywhere. Nothing major. The bed was one of those where its two beds put together. A lot of hotels have this though and still call it a king sized bed. That would be my only real complain.
Review 76:The staff was outstanding and helped us with anything we asked them to do...a lot of things probably wouldn't be in their job description. I can't recommend this hotel enough. It is in a great location with great facilities and everything you could ask for. Great value for money.
Review 77:staff does not understand instructions nor do they have proper training on when not to interrupt a dinner meeting, nor r things served on time as someone would have passed on the message to some one to carry out the request. overall i would say they need training in virtually all areas of client interaction during either business meeting or business lunch/dinner. The rooftop restaurant is so poorly lit that even the waiters cant read the menu so no way guests can. room lighting is also poor for a reader this is a challenge unless one is ready to strain the eyes.

Review 79:The buffet breakfast wasn't all that great. Typical breakfast options of poha, idli and sevaiyya, along with the usual croissant, cornflakes and cupcakes. I am not sure if the open bathroom concept would be feasible if family or business travelers. There's no privacy!
Review 80:I loved the comfortable and luxurious room, with the free-standing bathtub, modern decor and furnishing, remote-controlled lighting, mini-bar, and walk-in shower. The location is convenient, right next to German Bakery in Koregaon Park, and close to Osho (for those who would like to experience some quiet time). The staff is very responsive and caring, and room service is super quick! Would recommend the O Hotel for couples.
Review 81:Staff all very helpful in all areas. Very welcoming, if a little too enthusiastic. Good range of facilities within the hotel as well and the room was very comfortable too. Any issues found were addressed very quickly too.
