Review 1：The hotel reception is not well marked. Therefore you are not sure where to check in. We had to walk over to the restaurant and then saw the check-in desk after we entered the restaurant building. Employee was really friendly and did a great job for being there for two days. There should be some supervison. You can not leave a new person and expect them to do all the work on the second day of their job. I propose a training program which would be at lease three weeks before the person is allowed to be on their own.

The whole staff was very obliging, Signore Bruno himself provided for the hearty atmosphere. The dishes at his Restaurant "Da Bruno" is excellent and the price-quality relation is very gold. The only thing, you need a car to reach the beaches and the centre of Alghero. Thanks for all!

Review 9：We stayed at the hotel the night before departing from Fertilia Airport. It's a great place when you need to be close to the airport. I would not stay there for any other reason.
Review 10：In bedding and towels I found someone's hair...Floor wasn't clean. Fridge didn't work and our complaint remained unanswered.

Review 12：Dust everywhere floor, furniture...! Spiders, huge spider net between the wardrobe and wall! Squashed gnats on the walls Cracked walls! No hot water (only "calda" or warm)!!! After complaining about it the owner went to check it but didn't gave us any update, so I went to ask again and I was told that it was supposed to be just like that "warm". We struggled to take a shower... It smelled like the room was closed for ages, the smell even got onto our clothes! Glad just stayed there for one night! The worst €80 ever spent!

The night was quiet, room clean, all necessary toiletries. Staff very kind however harder with english. Good breakfast (ham and cheese too), wifi good.
