Review 1：Had a room on first floor so some noise from guests in room above.

Review 2：Excellent location, near plenty of bars and restaurants, lovely pool area, hotel spotless, rooms comfortable and lovely fresh towels every day. A very good selection of hot and cold food for breakfast, Breakfast room very modern with fantastic views. Hotel staff most helpful, nice bar area to relax in. Would recommend this hotel.

Review 3：Throughout a five-night stay at San Pietro we couldn't of been happier. The breakfast is excellent and the hotel and rooms clean and comfortable with a quaint but historic feel. The pool area is nice for a chilled afternoon but when you want to explore the Bardolino centre is just two minutes walk away. The staff were incredibly helpful in every way. Get a front facing room with balcony if you can - they're great!

Review 4：Wifi didn't work the whole time we were there. The place is also not for a young couple. Most of the guests were 70 years or age or older

Review 6：The only disadvantage to the hotel was there was limited space around the pool. The sunbeds were very close together and it became quite shady early afternoon.

Review 7：The hotel was in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the restaurants and shops. Our room was modern, light and airy with a lovely small balcony. The were extremely helpful and they offer gluten free options at breakfast.

Review 8：None ! Suggest that insect repellent is useful to have with you around the pool area.

Review 9：Hotel is very clean and always well presented. Staff all very professional, polite and above all very friendly. Towels changed twice daily - a welcome experience. Beds changed every send day. Very convenient location near to town centre, the lake and also bus route - the main bus stop is just round the corner from the rear of the hotel. Breakfast on the terrace with lake views is a great way to start the day :)

Review 11：Loved the location, easy to jump on a bus to train station for visits to Verona, Venice and Milan. Very near lakeside and easy to Tavel by water bus.

Review 12：The size of the sunbathing area was totally inadequate for the number of guests. There was only room for just over 20 loungers round the pool whereas the hotel can accommodate about a hundred guests. Also, parts of the pool area are in shade for much of the day.

Review 13：Generally the hotel was good. The room was adequate, the staff were friendly, and it was only a very short walk to the centre of Bardolino.

Review 15：Lovely location, good customer service from all hotel staff. Clean towels after every shower, nice big pool towels. As a solo traveller, they staff made me feel welcome and at no time did I feel like a spare part. Went on several guided tours, the Dolomites were spectacular, worth the day trip. Venice was an experience and the tour guides were very good ensuring that I never felt left out. The hotel facilities were good and spent 2 days in between tours around the hotel swimming pool and having lunch and glass of wine then retiring back to my lounger for some reading and a nap. I am a widow of 63 years and this was my first solo trip, it was not a singles trip as I kept informing my family. Booking.com also kept me informed regarding my booking.

Review 21：We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel San Pietro. The staff were friendly and very helpful with any questions. The breakfast was delicious and the gentleman in charge of the eating area was was very friendly and courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool and whirlpool were enjoyed...As well as the large pool towels, robes and slippers that were supplied. We had only a short walk from the bus stop and very short walk to the shops and beach and restaurants. We had an extremely pleasant stay!

Review 22：We were warmly welcomed and advised they had upgraded us for free. It is a quiet time of year there, so rooms were vacant but they didn't have to do that for us. It was gratefully received and the beautiful room with stunning views from the balcony, topped off a fantastic holiday for us.

Review 28：my husband and I have stayed in Bardolino, for many years and have tried lots of hotels, this is the best, there attention to detail , helpful staff, nothing is to much trouble, relaxing, lovely well presented food and the new rooms are fabulous in all a 5 star hotel would highly recommend .

Review 69：We had a meal in house one evening which was cheap - a set menu and poor for the purported standard of the hotel . The grounds to the hotel were limited and the sitting out areas small and shaded.

Review 70：Mainly the position of the hotel relative to the other facilities in the resort i.e. about 1/4 of a mile from the town centre. The upgraded rooms and new rooftop restaurant were also a plus.

Review 71：All the staff were very friendly but also very professional. The hotel was perfectly clean everywhere at all times. The food was very good and exceptional on the Thursday evening Gala Dinner. The staff and the manger made sure that we had everything that we wanted.

The hotel was not too big which suited us but sadly did not get chance to eat in restaurant at night as we were part of a wedding with lots of per booked group arrangements but breakfasts were superb! Would love to stay again!!
