Review 1：No lift so had to carry luggage up two flights of stairs. However it was only once up & once down & we survived! No kettles in rooms but they were quickly provided with cups when we asked.
Review 2：Friendliness of the owners & staff & their willingness to make sure that you were happy with everything. Superb sea view from balcony. Position of the hotel right in the centre of Sami, close to the shops & tavernas.

A special thanks to Anastasia, for making our days so special in Sami, we will never forget her kindness and we hope to come back soon! We arrived to Sami, and we were suppose to stay just for one night, but after talking talking with Anastasia, we found we had a lot to see (Antisamos beach, Melissani caves, Myrthos beach...) and we stayed 3 more nights. We had all the help arranging our transportation to the beaches (we didn't had a car), and we even got a beach umbrella borrowed for our day in Myrthos Beach (we would have certainly "roast" without a umbrella). We highly recommend Kyma!
Review 5：Clean, comfortable rooms with nice balconies; friendly welcome. Air conditioning and wifi included in a very reasonable price. Right opposite the ferry dock, so ideal for an overnight stay when arriving/departing Sami by boat.

Review 8：If your room faces the harbor it can get noisy at night from people out in the main square who are out until late. So if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs, or just stay out late as well and it won't be an issue =)
Review 9：Stayed at the Kyma Hotel when visiting Sami for 2 nights (July 20-22, 2015). The hotel is located right in the town center by the harbor. I had a room with a sea view so it was great for sitting on the balcony and watching the sunset. Very beautiful! The room was pretty basic. I had a double but was traveling alone so it was fairly spacious just for me. The room was simple but had everything I needed. It even had a fridge which was great! The hotel is a little older looking but everything worked and it was just what I needed for two nights. The best part of my stay there though has to be the hotel staff. Anastasia checked me in and was so pleasant and helpful. From the moment I got there she was happy to answer any of my questions, give me great suggestions for places to visit, helped arrange taxis, etc. She was fantastic! It really made my stay that much more wonderful. If you're looking for a simple, clean, central, no frills place to stay in Sami, with very kind and helpful staff, I highly recommend Kyma.

Review 18：There was no internet though indicated in the description. No breakfast offered but we enjoyed having it every morning by the sea with a stunning view on Ithaka. Not the best comfort and cleanliness, but again this is the right value for what you pay.
Review 19：The location could not be better: right on the main square with amazing view on the harbour. Shops, restaurants and bars are literarily a few meters away. Though on the main square, we could sleep like babies. Very good soundproofed rooms indeed. The staff was really kind and helpful. Originally booked in a room with mountain view, they allowed us to stay in a room with sea view without having to pay extra. Right value for money.
