Review 1：Ants in the kitchen, seeping water in the shower, no kettle (though there were tea bags).
Review 2：Excellent restaurant on the ground floor, take-away option also. Fresh fruit and some snacks, tea/coffee were provided in the kitchen. Nice location, pleasant town, not crowded even during high season. Easy access to airport and neighbouring Alghero. Special thanks to owners and staff, who make their best to arrange comfortable stay for their guests. For example, the pillows seemed too thin to us and we asked for extra pillows, which were provided without a problem.

Review 9：Nice place to stay to visit Alghero and the nearby beaches. The appartment is fully equipped (hair-dryer, bed linen, towels...), clean and tidy. Coffee, tea, water, fruits are at disposal, kitchen is perfectly equipped...Bikes are available for use for free. Can be a Bit noisy in the evening because of the restaurant under the appartment which belongs to the owners as well. However, the restaurant (Il Paguro)is a must to try (note its closed on wednesdays). The food is much better than in any restaurants in Alghero...Home made dishes at a very good price, also with daily menu. Many beaches are very close (Le Bombarde is 3 minutes, Punta Negra, Maria Pia 1 min. by car). Airport is 5-7 minutes. If you dont want to stay in town or avoid crowd its a really good choice, although Fertilia itself is not a tipical italian town. Bit old-fashioned and not much to see except a small harbour from where you can have a full view to Alghero city. All in all, would definitely recommend the place.
Review 10：The accommodation is absolutely fantastic, the staff are wonderful and constantly replenished water, fruit and breakfast items. They changed the towels regularly and their family restaurant below is beautiful.
