Review 1：Young enthusiastic staff, extremely nice and welcoming, made us happy again and again every single day. Massage in beautiful garden near superb pool? Sure, no problem. Freshly cooked meal at any time of the day? You name it. I was amazed by how dutifully groomed and taken care for was the garden, pool and villas. I think it is the cleanest and most beautiful resort on the island. One night I strolled around and found sweet ripe mangos just fallen from the tree above the entrance gate... I felt like being in paradise. My big thanks goes to most beautiful resort and it's awesome team.
Review 2：Air condition was a big problem with a baby since it didn't function during the hours between 1-5 at day. In the night it was ok but apparently this is a problem every day.

Review 4：The walls were a bit thin in the double villa and you could hear conversations from next door. Service for dinner is a bit rushed.

Review 8：The food does not have the same quality as the rest of the hotel and it is kind of expensive compared to the rest of the island. And my girlfriend probably got foodpoisoning from their chickenburger. They didnt let us know what was included in the breakfast.

Review 10：The spacious villas and pool area were fabulous. Safe and secure complex for kids to play and adults to relax. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Service with a smile was impeccable. Both Indonesian and western food was tasty and breakfast offered lots of choices. Location was perfect. 2 min walk to Mushroom Bay and loads of restaurants close by to eat out. We arranged snorkelling tours, baby sitting and motorbike hire easily with Putu and the staff. Massage by the pool was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for quality and service at a reasonable price.
Review 11：Loved every part of this place. Highly recommend. We travelled with 2 young children and we were very well looked after. Putu was an excellent host assisting us with anything we needed. Bikes fishing snorkelling buggy surfing and recommendations of must see must do's. Already booked my next trip.

Review 13：The decor was so beautiful, shabby chic wooden look, loved outside batbroom, the staff was excellent so friendly and helpful, we did snorkling with the staff and we loved it! Location is good as it's not right on the beach (to hard to get to with baggage) so we were glad it was only about 50m to the beach, the pool is great and spa service/massage was perfect. We felt relaxed with a homely feel, we will defiantly stay again without a double, to be honest we didn't want to leave :)
Review 14：My only complaint would be the water temp control. We could not seem to get the temp right, it was either hot or cold. With the hot temp outside the cool showe was not a big deal.
Review 15：Palm Grove Villas is new and very clean. Small quiet and friendly staff. Close to Mushroom Bay. We rented scooters from the resort which gave us the ability to explore. Would be difficult to set out on your own without them.

Review 17：Staff so friendly and very accommodating. Only 7 villas which gave our stay that personal touch. Pool clean and lounge chairs very comfortable. We originally were only going to stay here 2 nights but as we enjoyed it so much we extended our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Review 19：Lembongan is truly beautiful island, and location of hotel in Mushroom Bay is perfect. Staff is very nice and helpful, they do their best. Breakfast is tasty and there is a good choice. We stayed in villa near the fence, behind in the trees on the morning you can see plenty species of birds:)
