Review 1：We had a lovely time in this well run and well maintained hotel. The room was spotless when we arrived, and cleaned regularly despite our lie ins! The pool was delightful and Giovanni the Manager and Franco the Head Waiter did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Additionally the room had a well equipped kitchenette so we shopped locally and ate in a couple of nights. Thank you!

Review 2：Location was great for access to both Bosa and Bosa Marina. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants in Bosa Marina via a quiet residential area which felt a bit isolated but not a problem to us. A bit too far to walk into Bosa town; we had a car which I'd recommend to get the most out of a holiday in this area. Bosa town is really lovely and picturesque but we found the beach area too crowded in the daytime, probably due to it being August. Quieter beaches were around to the south of Bosa but would be hard to access without a car.

Review 3：We loved our holiday here, the suite/1 bed apartment exceeded our expectations. There is a really lovely, large swimming pool which we frequently had to ourselves and we also had a great terrace. Accommodation was spacious, very clean, air con worked well, parking plentiful. Perfect!

Review 4：The only negative is the breakfast- it is really limited but the coffee is excellent.

Review 5：Staff were so friendly- we were picked up from the bus stop and taken there when we left. The owner was so keen to help us with anything- nothing was too much trouble.The location is 5 mins from Bosa Marina and 30mins walk from Bosa town. It is a beautiful place. The hotel has a large pool with lots of space- set in a nice garden- plenty of space to sunbathe.

Review 7：We loved this hotel, good and comfortable, with a rather big swimmimgpool, in a nice garden. The beach is a five minutes walk away, as is the boulevard of Bosa Marina, with a few very good restaurants. We re traveling with public transport, the owner picked us up from the busstation and brought us to the trainstation on leaving, we appreciated this service very much.

Review 8：Wifi does not work anywhere but reception. Altough we had a hob there was no gas attached so we couldn't use it. It wasn't a big deal though.

Review 9：The staff were great, we had accidentally booked twice but the owner told us no problem and did not charge us the cancellation fee. The pool was very good too, massive! Breakfast was basic but good. Room was huge! big comfy bed and a kitchenette with fridge to keep the beers cool.

Review 10：Breakfast was quite scarce and cold, like everywhere in Italy - yoghurts, some sweets, bread ham and cheese. Would add some vegetables and fruit and something warm.

Review 11：It is a family run hotel, very warm people, always eager to help and asking if everything is fine. The pool was one of the best things, very warm and not crowded. 5 min.walk to the beach, there are some restaurants, 5 min.car ride to the Bosa downtown, 5 min.car ride to the supermarket. Very calm place for a romantic and chill out holiday. No noisy bars nor discos.

Review 12：Wifi did not work on the other levels; only at the reception. At first night the air-conditioning was not working, due to lack of switching it on by the management. (so ask for it!)

Review 13：Quiet location, little away from Bosa and Bosa Marina. Outside of the premises the area is not interesting. Inside of the premises the building, garden and pool are ok, but seem to need some renovation/maintenance. Facilities are ok and clean, but not outstanding. Cooking does not seem to happen often in the kitchen, as the gas was not available/disconnected. Breakfast is fine, with nice cappucinos.

Review 14：It's defibnitively a medium-quality beach hotel. It definitively isn't a business-hotel. I had to keep the window open because air conditioning was not working, so the roon filled with nasty mosquitos.

Review 23：We were made to feel so welcome from Giovanni. Apartment complex and pool very clean. Lovely breakfast served with a smile.Very comfortable and relaxing time. Highly recommend.

Review 24：There were plates, cups and basic cutlery and a 4 ring hob, but no pots, pans or cooking utensils. When I asked, one frying pan turned up, then I couldn't light the stove, so went into town for a lighter, only to find there was no gas bottle. The owner did provide one, but they clearly don't want you to cook in the hotel rooms.

Review 25：Pool area was lovely and quiet most of the time, location was good - 2 minute walk to Bosa Marina, and a short drive into the beautiful old town of Bosa itself.

Review 26：We paid extra for a seaview but the seaview was blocked by an ugly building in front of the balcony, which was a real disappointment. They shouldn't have charged us extra for a " seaview" that didn' really exist, at best you saw a glimtif the sea to your left, but infront was just a giant concrete building.
