Review 1：Very friendly and helpful staff. From arrival to departure. We had an issue at the departure but Giuseppe very kindly helps us out and went out of his way to help us which is greatly appreciated! Good convenient location. We will stay there again.

Review 9：I stayed here with my partner for a week at the end of September . The staff spoke little English but were extremely helpful and even directed us to the most beautiful beaches. The rooms were large and very comfortable. I would definatly stay here again.

Review 10：Only few staff speaks english at all. WiFi practically didn't work at room, but need to stay at corridor or lobby. Too strong smell from chemicals after room cleaning. Castelsardo is 3.5km away and would need a car to reach it.

Review 11：Good price/value. 1-2 stays are ok and even more if your target is sunbathing. Lu Bagnu is small village if you wish enjoy not crowded place.

Review 13：Located 3 km far from Castelsardo centre, this family-run hotel is a very good compromise between price and quality for tourists interested in driving around to North-East (to Costa Paradiso and Smeralda) and to North West (Stintino, Alghero, Capo Caccia). Personnel is very kind and helpful also with directions and hints/tips about shopping and local restaurant. They recommended us La Vela Blu, a pizzeria and restaurant just 300 metres far from the hotel, they always treated us like princes. Parking is available for free. Internet is very good, which is unusual in Italy! Breakfast is fair for the price. We would come back!

Review 35：I would never call it hotel but rather a guest house. Poor location, terribly difficult parking under ground, no good view, the worst was the breakfast. Just one man - the owner is the receptionist and waiter in one - serving you just the hot drink. The rest is on mini buffet and every time you get up from your table your hands are watched by owner who collects dirty dishes and washes them almost in front of guests making terrible noise to rush you up with eating and leaving for a quiet place. Wired .....

Review 37：The rosa dei venti is a fabulous 3 star hotel with spacious tastefully decorated rooms. The staff are very friendly, helpful and always available for a little joke. We had a double room with a large balcony and sea view. The bathroom is very nice and clean, shower cabin is a little small, but ok during holidays. The main road in front of the hotel is quite busy and noisy, as nobody is really driving the allowed 50km/h, same for the bar next door from the hotel. Luckily the windows are well isolated and there's AC in the rooms. Breakfast is basic, but good and the coffee is delicious. The beach is a 3 minutes walk away. Lu Bagnu is a small village near Castelsardo with a few restaurants, shops and bars. I would advise this location mainly if you have a car, to stay in Lu Bagnu all the time could become boring quite fast. We got advised by the staff to go to the restaurant velha blue in the village, which was an excellent advice. We will definitely come back to the rosa dei venti and enjoy our stay there once more. The hotel is not perfect, but pretty near to it, if you consider the price.

Review 43：There were many things I did not like in this Hotel. First, I thoughtthis hotel is situated near the sea, which was only in my imaginationafter seeing pictures on the internet. Was untrue, you have to pass themain road to Castelsardo and another Hotel area to get to the beach. Theemployees (maybe also owners) of this Hotel were"proffesional" but for me not kind at all. I would expect alittle smile from them in those 2 nights I was there. Breakfast wasnothing special, but I must say they had enough different foods so thatyou could choose; you cannot do coffee or tee by yourselves, the waitermakes and brings it to you. I remember I read before there are many ofshops around this hotel, but I also disagree....there were some smallfood shops, souvenirs shop, also bars, but this was far from I couldtell this was a kind of shopping avenue. It was quite boring there,absolutely nothing to do in this place. Castelsardo is really only a fewminutes drive away, which is O.K. If you go through Castelsardo anddrive another 5 minutes, you get to the Elephant Rock. Garage in thishotel is big for cca. 6 cars; and I was happy we had a small one. When Iwashed my hair, I discovered the hairdryer is not working... There wasno single glass in the room, so we had to drink from the bottles -before we found a shop and bought cheap plastic ones. There was tochairs on the balconee, but no table....As it is really a clean hoteland the rooms are spacious, I would maybe stay there again for 1 day,but not more. Tv programs only italian ones (or I didn't findanother....).
