Review 1：No enforcement of smoking on non-smoking floors. Blatant flouting by hotel guests and it appeared that the staff could not do anything about it.

Review 3：Door to shower capsule didn't shut 100% so slight leak. Leaks seem to plague this design of hotel room, silicone caulk everywhere! They're OK when new, but after a few years.. The shower hose also leaked, and the shower head kept sliding down since the fixture had become loose over time. The main drawback to this hotel was the "macet" - the constant traffic jams coming and going just about anywhere. But this is par for the course in Bandung - can't escape it. Takes about 30 minutes to get to the airport (even though it's only about 4km).

Review 4：Nice comfy bed. Nice breakfast (even though they call it a "light" breakfast, it was substantial). Next to fairly nice shopping mall with a great food court on the top floor. TV channels were OK (but didn't find a news channel like CNN or BBC). Did get to watch the Singapore Grand Prix. WiFi was blazing fast (even though you had to log back in once in a while).

Review 18：We first got a room, eventhough non-smoking room, but it smells like a full smoking room. Luckily, we asked for change of room, this time quite okey (though i can still smell a little bit of cigaretes). Secondly, when payment, the staff were "accidentally" put the nominal of 28.8M***, and i was not notice it, until the handheld says rejected (luckily my bank balance was not up to 20m idr, sothe machine rejected. I finally decided to pay cash.

It will be best if they can provide one oneach floor, so that we don't have to ask the hotel staff to activatethe lift for us every time after you get your water refill from thelobby as the hotel only provide one room key.The room has no hair dryer and slippers. Extra item like pillow, towel, etc will be charged, so ask before you request it.

Review 98：The hotel is located conveniently next to the Festival City Linkshopping mall that has basically everything you need except a moneychanger. There is a food court at 3rd floor which has more foods option.In addition, there is a huge supermarket called Lotte Mart where you canshop for breads; cup noodle; snacks & etc.It is safe to stay here because it requires your room key to activate the lift and it only allows you to go to the floor where your room is. The room has a safe for you to lock up valuable things.
