Review 1：Ugly room and sad hallway. Dirty carpet and small bathroom. Everything depressing! You have to take a bus to go skiing. Not that many slopes. Boring after one day. Plenty of groups from eastern Europe and the Middle East. Very loud... Food disappointing. We would have liked a real tyrolean meal. No pastries for breakfast. You can find better in the area.

Review 3：The only thing I did not like was that a carafe of water was €4.50 with meals. Given the price pays to stay here, basic water should be free.

Review 4：- Good food - Fine spa area (Finnish sauna properly heated to just under 100C) - Pools are great for kids - Comfortable room, plenty of towels and bathrobe provided - Only 7 minutes or so on the ski bus from Pitztal base. And a bus starts from the hotel every 20 minutes in the mornings - so a guaranteed seat if you time it right. - Staff were friendly without being obsequious.

Review 5：The outdoor pool was not available on either day we were here. The outdoor whirlpool only on one day. That was dissapointing as it was the main reason we paid a bit more to stay at this hotel. The hotel manager was not available to discuss this. Get up early if you want a full breakfast buffet, or ask if you need something, they don't seem to fill it voluntarily.

Review 9：The room has got a warm only after 2 or 3 days. It seems as the heating system in the room where I accommodated is a little bit under dimmensioned.
