Review 1：one room on the first floor is a bit small
Review 2：Staff are very friendly and accomodating. Even they let us use their kitchen. Location is good. Walking distance to Old town tbilisi. Rooms are clean.
Review 3：curtain was torn and did not cover the window so it let lots of light in in the morning. They asked me what time I wanted breakfast and then were never ready for me when I showed up.
Review 4：This is an adequate budget option but not at budget prices. I stayed twice and second time, the room was really small, even for one person. Staff changed from my first visit but was still friendly and professional.
Review 5：Quiet, peaceful neighbourhood, and very close to the metro/subway. Great location, and above all, great/friendly staff. Make sure to ask about the local tour(s) and sightseeing options available. Will definitely stay there again next time I am in Tbilisi. Excellent value !!!!
Review 6：Problems with plumbing seem widespread in the whole country - bathrooms often stink of sewage (and this was by no means unique to this hotel, we encountered the problem almost everywhere we stayed)
