Review 1：That terrible BROWN tired looking carpet on the basement section of 305 and in the room. The room was stuffy with no airing as if not used for some time, it was ok when window opened for the 48 hours I was there. NO Sky TV in this day and age - good gracious!! Especially useful in bad weather and sleepless night The breakfast line up at the hot food which was lengthy at times. .
Review 2：the open ambient at entrance The attendance of the staff prompt and pleasant and efficient. Congratulations on the cleaners who I saw hard at work. The continental breakfast variety - excellent I found the Spa treatment good
Review 3：No hot water!!! Seriously, that was the least I expected! Hopped intothe shower at 6 in the evening. Turned the knob left, then right, thento the center, still no hot water! Rang downstairs, the man who answeredtold me that he'd check the timer! Had no time for messing, as I wason my way to a funeral, so just took an ice cold shower. The followingmorning it was the same story. Went to take a shower at 10:30, water wasfreezing. The least anyone expects when they stay in a B&B, is hotwater! Paid €135 for 2 nights, breakfast included. Would not suggestthis place to anyone.

Review 5：Location good and plenty of good parking space. Owner of B&B was very nice. I was leaving very early on Sunday morning, but was offered Irish breakfast as early as 7am. I had to leave earlier than that, but it happens very rarely to be served breakfast at 7am on Sundays. Room quite basic, but clean and bed was comfortable. Internet works no problem.
Review 6：Two of the rooms were so uncomfortably hot that we were unable to sleep or adjust the temperature. It is very far from the center of Ennis with no public transportation so you will need a designated driver to visit pubs.

Review 8：the picture shows what looks like a nice house it is noy it is rooms over a garage forcourt in front of the windows is a blue canopy over the pumps there are cars pulling up slamming doors reving up as they pull away the smell of fuel the room was dull& unwelcoming & small with a doube & a single bed cramed in 2 bedside tables & open plan closet no sort of dressing table lid was busted of bin shower room very small no shelf to put anything no window & door didnt fit into the frame it was a disgrace definatly would NOT ever go there again

Review 15：The B&B was located above a petrol station/convenience store which opened early and closed late at night. The night was hot and the only option was to open the window onto the busy road and petrol station. Dirty pillow and no soap. No sleep for the night.

Location suited our needs and is quite close to the town of Ennis. No other guests were there at the time of our visit due to season, weather etc. Any ."ask" was provided immediately.
