Review 1：The accommodation was very comfortable. We also liked the location in proximity to shops...could walk there, but far enough away to not hear noise. A quick walk out to the grassed area and beach was also convenient.
Review 2：The have a loft upstairs and it's a little dusty, the kids had a little bug bite from lying around the couch... And some spider webs around, not part of the house decor I hope!
Review 3：We stayed in Monticello and the house is so cozy!!! The tv area and the couch made us feel so like home... Love love love the kitchen! Fully equipped will all utensils, pots & pans u ever need! But u need to bring ur own essential cooking items like cooking oil, salt & pepper... The house is about 15mins walk to the town if u need to pick up groceries, and only 3mins walk to the beach... Bare in mind most restaurants (wineries/restaurant by the sea) are closed on a Sunday night in Dunsborough, but they do have some open in town for dinner... No date night on Sunday out of the town! If u enjoy Farmers Market like me, check out the one they have in Margaret River on Saturday or Dunsborough Farmers Market on Sunday... Or do both!
Review 4：At the time the jacuzzi wasnt working, which is why we selected this property; but the management and owner were very accommodating and even offered us an extra night for free.
Review 5：Loved it, lovely and clean - easy to access. parking for our group. Had all the creature comforts and very well laid out
Review 6：Great location next to beach, with lovely walks and calm waters for kids to swim. House had all mod cons and comfortable beds. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the upstairs lounge with TV of their own. Arts festival was on during our stay so great vibe in town. Really lovely weekend to celebrate family milestone! Staff were fabulous. Would stay again
