Review 1：Could do with space around pool area. Had to be out early to get beds at beach or pool. Unfortunately a lot of people leave towels on beds early often not occupying until nearly lunch time!!!
Review 2：Location approx half way between Bardolino & Garda (1.5 km). Friendly staff, private beach across from hotel. Lovely garden area also used for drinks at night.

Review 8：The only fault with the room was that when the guests in the room above us flushed the toilet/showered/washed their hands the water would come down pipes in our walls very loudly (the pipes hadn't been lagged) and so it would wake us up a couple of times in the night. Otherwise a really great stay.
Review 9：We spent a week at the hotel and loved every minute of it. We arrived on Saturday afternoon and were shocked by the sheer volume of crowds/cars on the road leaving the lake and driving past the Italian version of Disney land was starting to put us off however when we arrived at the hotel it was easy to find and there is plenty of parking within 50m of the front door. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Our room looked out on to the lake which was really lovely to take in each day. Also the rood in the restaurant is lovely.
Review 10：The position of the hotel allows you to enjoy the benefits of both Garda and Baldalino as both a short attractive walk from the hotel. The private beach is a real benfit for everyone as is the excellent if rather cold swimming pool.Breakfast was varied and a tasty start to the day. There is excellent local information on hand and the staff are very helpful if you are looking to go somewhere. It is on the local bus route just up the hill from the hotel which is a very economical way to travel. We definately plan a retrurn visit to the hotel and area and would highly recomend it.

Fantastic sailing trip around the lake that the hotel arranged was amazing and a nice surprise for us.We had a great honeymoon in Lake Garda and at the Sportsman hotel.

This wasmost likely due to the previous tenants not drying wet things outside asthe room appeared quite clean, and our first room was clean and had nosmell. Bring your bug repellant for early evening and early morningpests....especially if you plan on being outside at these times ( verynice time for an evening stroll along the lake.)
Review 29：This hotel is right on lake Garda and I mean right in front of thehotel. The view is terrific, the amenities wonderful, the locationexcellent and the staff friendly and accommodating. We arrived a dayearly and were lucky to get a room for that night as well, but the frontdesk person was wonderful about it. This hotel fills up fast and nowonder....it hs everything you could want and is very close to the towncenter if shopping is in your plans. We had a lovely patio overlookingthe lake, and the sunsets were beautiful. Watch out for early eveningMosquitos however. The breakfast buffet is large and varied and you candine inside or al fresco, this added to the value of the room as lunchbecame optional after such a good breakfast. We didn't dine in therestaurant, but we heard it was a nice place to eat with good food.
