Review 1：Wifi was not available throughout the hotel and the wifi in the lobby wasn't always working well. One memeber of staff in the restaurant wasn't particularly welcoming.

Review 2：Location and facilities were good. Majority of staff were helpful and very pleasant.

Review 3：Customer service not always great. Staff in the restaurant were less than ideal, grumpy would be a fair description - both at dinner and breakfast time. I also think the resort could provide dish washing supplies for the apartments. Inside pool and jacuzzi was a bit cold for the time of year.

Review 4：Location and facilities were brilliant. Spa, cafe and cleaning staff were brilliant. Friendly and customer service focused.

Review 5：Limited space in kitchenette. Wasted with large sink and four burner hob but nowhere to drain and no teatowel.

Review 11：The apartments were set out on a sloped site and we had a three room apartment on the lowest level so we only had a glimpse of the lake through the trees. I would recommend apartments nearer the main building, higher up and therefore with a better view.

Review 12：The food in the restaurant was beautiful and the view was stunning. We also had lunch in the snack bar and the food was also very nice and reasonably priced. Lovely swimming pool with lots of sunbeds. Bus stop across from hotel was very handy for trips to Venice, Verona and Gardaland!

Review 14：From the moment we were checked in by a very friendly man to checkout by a very friendly women the holiday was first class.The accommodation was well equipped and spotless.The place itself is only a ten minute walk I into the heart of Bardolino and a thirty minute walk to Garda.The walk to Garda is picturesque as it's along the lake.Both the restaurant and rooftop bar give beautiful views of the lake and so peaceful.The pool area had plenty of sun beds and a shallow pool for younger children.I can honestly say this has been my favourite accommodation in Italy and will definitely return next year.

Review 15：No poor experience. Could have been better if there was a small children's playground on site. We may have tried breakfast but felt it was expensive at 13 euros.

Review 37：We have just returned from our stay in this hotel.. We found the accommodation, location, staff and food all wonderful and we are already planning our return visit next year .

Review 38：Airconditioning cannot be switched off, controlled individualy, in the apartment. Noisy in the bedroom. Worked in heating mode and room temperature reached 30 ºC. Same, relatively limited choice of food for breakfast. Apartment inventory checking process is a pain. Took 30 minutes for the hotel staff at check-out. Cleaningness of the apartment (e.g. dusty under the bed). Small pool area. Was just OK in May, but could be crowded when venue is fully booked.

Review 49：The only complaints, were the bedding itself - and this is personal preference - are sheets rather than duvet, which I find hard to sleep with. The pillows need updating and the airconditioning/heating seemed to have a life of its own. The hairdryers could also do with an update.

Review 50：The resort has recently been renovated and has been done with class and elegance. The resort is located just 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and has a magnificent view over the lake and mountains. The staff were lovely both at reception and in the delightful restaurant - which we ate at twice it was so good! - however the bar staff were not so on the case (trying to get a coffee from the bar on Saturday morning proved impossible for example). The apartment itself was quiet, clean and very nicely appointed. A lovely resort, Im only sad I didnt go in the summer.

Review 51：No internet in the rooms, only in the reception area, everybody crowds in the reception in the mornings to browse the net. Not for business, for sure. It was strange to get asked a deposit for everything in a 4 star hotel, including extra room keys, towels for the spa pool, etc... especially when my credit card was already scanned at check in... We had a dinner in the "gourmet" restaurant - here the quality of the food was really not in relation to the price...Nothing terrible, but I could not recommend dining there. We asked for a coctail before the dinner at the table, was told that they have a separate bar for coctails... Just the small things which makes you feel not 100%...

Review 53：The hotel is situated in a lovely parc and the buildings are integrated into the landscape with roof gardens and wooden shutters. It's a beautiful location and everything is very clean and tidy. We found the staff very helpful and we enjoyed cycling around the lake on bikes hired from the hotel. We also had a go at fishing in the hotel pond and my daughter caught a monster of a fish which I will try to post a photo of. We would definately recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.
