Review 1：Wifi connection was bad during my first stay

Review 2：This is my second stay and satisfied and happy compared to the first time i stayed. Wifi is good during my stay . Will stay again on this hotel.

Review 3：walking distance from tanjung pinang ferry terminal and close to the places around town you will most likely explore. lots of local buses "transport" available to take you to where you'd like to go.

Review 4：Since I travel with a 1 year old infant, the hotel is not stroller friendly. Lack of ramp from the street to the main entrance and the ramp indoors are pretty narrow and steep.

Review 6：Staff didn't want to help us. We tried to book the free shuttle one day before we wanted to go. The staff said "Its full. " The entire hotel was empty. They said a price for the transfer (that should have been free) which was way to much. Dont go to this island since Its overpriced.

Review 8：- breakfast options were terrible. - the staff goofed up our massage time and did not bother telling us leaving us as 4 very angry and tired young people. - the beautiful cafe on top is so underutilised. - bathrooms need to have a powerful shower as the water was simply dripping.

Review 9：- the size of the rooms were really good. - close to the ferry terminal. just a 10 minute walk and you can see the sign from the terminal itself. - it had a massage center which was sooo soooooooo cheap and convenient.

Review 12：I enjoyed my stay in this typical Indonesian corporate hotel. The room was quiet and spacious and I had an excellent sleep. I think this is the best possible base to explore the area. It's just 5 minutes away from the harbour where you can hop on a boat to Pulau Penyengat, Senggarang or Singapore.

Review 38：Sunday experienced several power outage. wonder how would it feel if any passengers were to be trapped in the lift. No minibar in room. A minibar is norm for all other hotels but maybe not in Tanjung Pinang. Hot water need to be turned on some hours before its at the right ideal temperature.

Review 40：Leaking fauset in both bathrooms. No hand washing soap. Counter staffs had the habit of opening deposit box to see contents when passing the box to us. Found a bed bug on bed.

Staff were helpful and friendly, wheelchair accessible for my mom. Room service food tasted good. Credit to the Laguna massage n spa center!!! Good and affordable!!!
