Review 1：No internet in the suites, most of the times not even 3G.. Sauna was broken when we were there. We went late in October and we were not able to switch the heaters on. The room was really cold in the mornings. Also rooms are a bit dark.

Review 2：Beautiful views over the lake. Great if you are there in the summer as you can even rent rooms if your own little pool. Breakfast had a wide selection and was very good. Spacious rooms. Pet friendly.

Review 3：It is a bit bigger resort so don't expect to be there in a little group of guests, but the design of the area is made well making the number of guest really reasonable and comfortable.

Review 16：Loved the comfort of sunbathing on our own private (sunny) terrace. Beds amazingly comfortable, slept so well. Panorama bar has views to die for and great staff. Excellent food at breakfast and the pool bar and you can even order (great) pizza to take away from the restaurant. Overall, fantastic hotel, well worth the money.

Review 17：there is only one bad thing: the cappuchino for breakfast is "synthetic" and the worst I've ever experienced. I cannot understand why there is this offend to the italian coffee culture...

Review 18：No wifi in rooms, did not accommodate food on late arrival, was told the incorrect time for breakfast snd therefore missed breakfast on first morning after not been able to get any food the evening before in arrival.

Review 20：We loved the grounds, but would have liked to be able to see Lake Garda from our room - too much foliage (but that is really not a complaint because it was so beautiful). The shop did not have many items, but we tend not to purchase in these shops very much.

Review 21：The grounds were beautiful and the room was clean and roomy. It was so close to the lake path which is lovely. The breakfast was amazing - the best selection of 3 weeks in hotels in Italy. The staff was friendly and were able to speak perfectly - which was a nice treat. It was nice to have access to either the bar or restaurant almost anytime of the day (which tends not to be the case in Italy). I took ill during our stay and was in the hospital for 7 days and the staff at the hotel were so amazing and helpful to my husband - I can't say enough about their generosity and kindness. It was almost like being with family. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Review 22：The breakfast is ok but could be better. The breakfast is not friendlyat all, the rest of the staff (receptionist are very nice). No Wifi inthe rooms but it works at the bar and is very fast.

Review 24：We did find that the spa facilities let down our stay. As this was our honeymoon we were looking forward to some spa treatments and as it wasn't warm enough to use our private pool we loved the idea of the indoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. On the 3 occasions we visited the spa the Wellness Centre was closed. We could not book any treatments. The sauna and jacuzzi were both broken (which we did report to reception, only to be told the engineer would not be able to look at it until the following morning). We made a complaint about this at the end of our stay as we felt we had overpaid considoring we didn't get full use of the spa. The reeptionist was most unhelpful and unpleasant which left us feeling very unappreciated as paying guests.

Review 25：The hotel was very modern, clean and well equipped for our 5 night stay. The maid service was second to none. Clean towels every day and a turn down service every evening. The reception staff were always keen to help us with ideas and suggestions of where to go and things to do. The bike hire is a must and the Venice trip.

Review 30：There was nothing that we could really criticise on at the Germano. All the staff were so helpful. I would be lying if I said that for us there were any faults but the only thing that I could say was that the shop was not very well stocked but as we rarely buy from hotel shops it's not a criticism for us.

The hotel was really clean in our room & public areas. It made for a fabulous holiday. We also attended a wedding reception at the hotel & that was also perfect. The cost of drinks in the bars & the food in the restaurant were on a par with the restaurants in town & the quality was very good.

Review 59：There was nothing to dislike at all. We had a complimentary upgrade to a pool room plus an additional 2 days all at the basic room rate. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the whole setting and the ambiance of it all was excellent. It's a long time since I've stayed in a hotel in Europe which has no criticism at all!! Thoroughly reccomended.

Review 63：Look this place is probably amazing during the busy time of year in Bardolino and the restaurant food is quite nice (considering all the restaurants in the bardolino town are all very touristy) and not that badly priced. Staff nice, however, it would have been nice to have them help a little more in helping us get around considering the ferrys were not running, the buses were not running and basically the town was still 'not open for tourists'. Look all in all the hotel was good - do not expect rooms with a view because they do not have any - and the staff were nice just not overly helpful.

Review 70：The distance between the main building for breakfast and sports facilities could be quite long and the parking lot is far away. The hotel offers "shuttle" with golf carts but they are open and when it's raining you will get wet anyhow.
