Review 2：The hotel helped me during a very emotional visit to Haridwar to scatter my dads ashes in the Ganges. They were fantastic and I am greatful got the help.

Review 3：The room was smelly. We promised a drink when we booked but we did not get a drink. Bring us only after we asked. Very complicated to get hot water in the shower

Review 4：As a western visitor, I found the bathroom inconvenient, I.e. With no tub water spilling all over bathroom during shower. A tub in bathroom will raise the value of this hotel.
