Review 1：I didn't like anything from the minute we arrived the lady sooo rude the room was very small has no smoking room and the lady wudnt allow us out to smoke so over all experience was very bad lady really needs to get customer service skills or a new job as I've never came across such ignorance I have stayed I'm many b nd bs and never came across such bad manners my friend left money in the room as we had to leave and was afraid to ring the lady for it because how rude she was
Review 2：I didn't like anything the lady was so rude from the minute she opened the door.
Review 3：The location is a fair way out of town, which isn't great considering the size of Tralee itself. The walls inside are absolutely paper-thin and you can hear everything from the next room. In my case, it was two twenty-somethings repeatedly vomiting at 5am after a night out. A man from a room down the hall actually came and told them to be quiet!

Review 5：not to bad of a walk to the city center. Gas stations and grocery stores along the way. We stopped in here for an overnight and break from the hotels. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms a bit small, but exactly what was expected and was happy. The gentleman that greeted us was very polite and informative. Breakfast was great, even got some danishes for my wife as she does not like eggs for breakfast.
Review 6：Very disappointed.. Not made to feel welcome at all.. My daughter and sister stayed the night before, the owner entered their room while they were out. I put a piece of paper in my door frame as i was so paranoid. Won't be staying again, and wouldn't recommend them.
Review 7：Lovely rooms with comfortable beds. Great breakfasts included in tariff. The owners were very obliging and even gave us 10 euros back for our dinner the last night as they had appreciated us as guests.
Review 8：I booked two double rooms for me and my boyfriend, and my friend and her boyfriend. When we arrived the owner brought my friend and her boyfriend to a room with two single beds. When we explained that we booked two double rooms she was incredibly rude and said that this was all she had and that they could take it or leave it. She said she didn't care if they stayed with her and she didn't care where they stayed at all. She also tried to convince us that we had booked a "down graded room" which was completely untrue. I booked two double rooms and have details of same. They had to leave and stay somewhere else. The following morning when paying for our room she harassed me and my boyfriend about payment for my friend's room. I explained that the room wasn't what we booked, and she had caused my friend to have to look elsewhere, and we shouldn't have to pay for it and she and her husband got verbally abusive towards us. I have never experienced such rudeness before. I would advise against staying here.

Review 12：We used Clare Manor as an over-night place to stay before flying out of Shannon. It is a convenient location to the airport and Ennis. It is a clean and conveniently located B&B.

Review 15：Lovely bed and breakfast with friendly staff. Very clean and the breakfast was lovely. We were at a conference and this was very close to the conference centre but was about 25 minutes walk into town.

Review 22：The person who checked us in. She was short and rude on the phone. We were in bed watching TV and told us we were make too much noise. I traveled with my sister so the TV was the only noise. We did not feel welcomed.

Review 27：The room was very spacious (I think we had the biggest room in the place on a busy booked out weekend), very clean and very comfortable. The owners were lovely and had time for a chat on arrival and when serving breakfast helping with directions. It's very easy to get into the town centre from the location, about a 4 minute drive or about 10 minute walk. Breakfast was great, quick and very reasonable for the price.

Review 36：The property is very rundown and is bad need of updating. Our bathroom was small and fixtures were broken. When we booked , we booked a triple room, which turned out to be very small with a double bed. When we questioned the innkeeper, she was very ride and argumentative. I would not recommend this B and B to anyone!

Review 41：At 11pm when we got back to the B&B, one of my friends jumped in the shower. We promptly heard a knock on the door telling us to get out. No house rules were explained to us. Also, when paying for breakfast prior to arrival (over the internet) it says that you will be receiving a traditional Irish breakfast. It was a lot of food so my friends and I decided to go with the continental the last two days. Needless to say, we were still charged the price of the traditional Irish breakfast. The times on the internet for when you can check in are also wrong, you will be told this if you arrive too early.

The door must have had been locked with a security lock from inside. when the owner finally came to open up for me all I got was a scolding from the owner for waking her up. No appologies...
