Review 1：Toilet not so clean, have to improve. Request for additional bed take so long to put a extra bed in the room. Need to improve. Location quite far from market place.

Review 3：The internet did not work in my room. I complained about this but nothing was done to fix it. The noise from the traffic was rather loud at night. The breakfast room was completely full when I tried to eat there. The coffee took 10 minutes to arrive. The café on the fourth floor was being renovated.

Review 8：The location. 1. Local nasi Padang FOOD STALL & IKAN BAKAR just across the road in front the hotel. 2.The local transport call 'Angkut' is easily available in front the hotel to go shopping at the market place or shopping mall. 3. Near to the Ferry Terminal. 10 mins. drive.

Review 9：No elevators. Requested for Iron & ironing board but didn't get for the 2 nights we stayed there. There's also no room service. Not sure whether we need to inform them to clean the room.

Review 11：This is an old, dumpy hotel. There is no lift. So called deluxe room smelled of cigarette smoke: no non-smoking rooms. It is quite far from the ferry terminal. This is a very basic hotel. I could not tell that from the reviews I read. Be warned.

Review 12：The deluxe room was quite clean with not completely ancient furniture. The staff were helpful. They provided free transport to the ferry terminal.

Review 13：The "taxi"touting when exiting from the ferry. They followed you all the way until we saw our driver who came to fetch us to the hotel which is just 5mins away..

Review 14：Visited 10April to 12 April 2015, and free shuttle bus to fetch us from ferry jetty to hotel and also to the nearest restaurant for lunch.But do not go beyond 3km ) it consider outside city & it is chargeable..Hired the car rental with driver to show us the city. Thanks to Mr Adi (speaks Teochew) super cool and nice guy. Last day and was late for the ferry, receptionist wanted to charge 10k rupiah for motorcycles to send us there. But, Mr Harry, another super cool driver came to offer to sent us there in another car. Kudos to the initiatives and go beyond their call of duty...Highly recommended...

Review 15：There is no lift. the location is quite far from the basic facilities. quite difficult to get good food for lunch so need to travel to the city to take lunch.

Great room, great view, great location, super staff, rents motorbikes, near to all the seaside eateries, vibrant and cultural. This is the place to be in Tanjung Pinang, all at an amazing price!

Review 20：Room Service for food are excellent.Staff are friendly & very accomadating. The place was almost near the city proper. We rent a car for tour paying 600,000 rupee for 8 hours which I enjoyed. The hotel are near to the Tanjung Pinang ferry terminal. Hotel bring us there for free..

Review 23：The location of the hotel is near the harbor, town center and easy to find good food. The hotel driver fetch us at the harbor when we arrived there without imposing any charge.

Review 24：1. I didn't call for jetty transfer but there was someone somehow waiting for me in the jetty during my arrival with my name written in a piece of paper. While that is sweet, the man which I believe is not from the hotel appears to be a tout which made me uneasy. 2. The ventilation in toilet need to be improved as the odour prevails even numerous times of flushing. 3. My cigarette and lighter accidentally put outside my room went missing when I returned in just 30 minutes. 4. Breakfast is so so and slow in filling

Cheap bike for rent but 1.5+ from the good spot More you have to rent a driver to back and forth to the ferry terminal. 60 dollars Coackroaches. Mosquitos and bed bugs in the room For few dollars more. The cheapest resort is more profitable
