Review 2：The view is just spectacular! A wonderful retreat to spend a romantic Holliday in.

Review 3：Located right on the sea, I fell asleep to the sound of the waves lapping the rocks just below me. The views are beautiful and the balcony is large and airy. Breakfast is delicious. Rafaella and Roberta are wonderful hostesses. Located about 10 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from Alghero with several gorgeous beaches nearby. Best to rent a car for this location. Quiet and beautiful.

Review 4：There isnt a reception all time, so you must organise your arrival. Basic installation in the room. Location is not ideal.

Review 8：Lovely Roberta! There are no words to describe how pleasant host she is. The property location is amazing. Villa is located in a quiet neighborhood, basically on the sea, with a quick 15 min drive from Alghero.

Review 9：The staff and particularly Roberta were very kind. The B&B is relay very nice with wonderful see view. The only drawback is the access to the see but it is manageable.

Review 10：I wouldn't say we had any bed experience, these are rather a few wishes to make our stay even better: - More variety to breakfasts (when staying a week or more all the same food for breakfast becomes dull). - Our bed in Junior Suite was quite creaky, that made our first couple nights uncomfortable. - A better way to have tea or coffee during the day or night — the coffee machine downstairs makes it quite poorly.

Review 12：We were extremely disappointed not to have been given prior warning about the the construction site next door to the hotel and equally surprised not to have read about this in other reviews. Although we were told upon arrival that builders did not work in August we were staying in July! Nevertheless having stayed for the weekend the owner did reluctantly agree for us to cancel the remainder of our weeks stay without penalty once the building works started on Monday morning.. Breakfast was very 'average' for a highly priced establishment, with coffee from a vending machine particularly disappointing.You also need a car to get to the beaches.

Review 14：The place is quet, there are almost no people around. The apartment itself is the same as on the pictures, the personnel is friendly and intelligent. We discovered Alghero by car and to our mind it is one of the right places to be on vacation, if you decide to spend time in this city or nearby. If you have the necessary amount of money it worth to do it

Review 15：Although its a B&B , I got the feel that the place was run like a motel - very minimalist contact . There was a vending machine for drinks - again very motel/ hotel not B&B . thought breakfast could be improved upon. - no fresh fruit - install an egg boiler so you can have freshly boiled eggs and cover the ham and cheese plates with a glass or plastic lid as flies were hovering around .

Review 16：Spacious bedrooms with minimalist furnishings .My room had a balcony right over the sea - sensation like being on a ship - wonderful to hear the waves on the rocks below . Beautiful interior to villa and bathrooms very well equipped . Large comfortable beds. What contact I had with manager and owner was minimal but pleasant .

Review 20：Villa Grachira was just perfect for our one week beach vacation in Sardinia and we chose it after quite a research. This place is located right on the sea shore and has its own exit to the sea - perfect quiet area for snorkeling and swimming. The sea views from the room we had were marvelous. Each room except the ground floor are with balcony. As there are very few rooms in comparison with a hotel, it makes the place very quiet and private. The rooms and all the area was very clean, neat and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful - we enjoyed Roberta's morning coffee in the garden overlooking the sea as well as the variety for breakfast including fresh fruits. Roberta advised us couple of places to visit which we liked a lot. Il Paguro restaurant and Sisa supermarket are walkable distance from the villa as well as the nearest sandy beach. The sea shore next to villa is rocky, which is good for snorkeling, so yes, bring your masks!! The city of Alghero is 10 minutes drive, but for these who didn't rent a vehicle, the bus stop is just few minutes walking. We really enjoyed our time there, it was just what we were looking for and we definitely will be back.

Review 21：It is 10' from the best beaches and 20' from the old town. The suite, I travel with my husband and my two teenage children, was large, comfortable, new, clean and with a spectacular ocean view. No parking problem in a city where parking is always an issue. Breakfast was very adequate and in a beautiful terrace by the ocean.Great place.

Review 46：this villa is located on the sea front in Fertilia a tranquil neighborhood of Alghero,great peaceful location. the premises are new, well maintained ,sparkling clean and modernly decorated. Roberta the young woman in charge is effecient and very helpfull, when she learned that we are checking out early to catch a flight she arranged fruits and cakes for us.
