Review 1：We slept at the first floor so the window was right in front of the entrance (a bit of a problem if you want to get some fresh air without everyone be able to see you).

Review 2：The room was very clean and welcoming. The restaurant is recommended! Will definitely come back here the next time we go to Italy.

Review 3：New property with very modern air-conditioned rooms/bathrooms. Excellent shower. Friendly owner/staff. Good breakfast. Very good restaurant on site.

Review 4：Unpractical layout of room and bathroom. It must be very difficult to keep the room clean because the brushed wood is full of crevices and hidden spaces. Everything looked perfectly clean though.

Review 6：The rooms are wisely decorated and with all the comforts, but I was expecially impressed by the politness of the staff: I had a very late check in and therefore an even later check out, they offered me to have breakfast even if I was way overtime and I had a great lunch in the restaurant too, with some fine cheese on each course. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Review 9：Cleaning personell ignored "do not disturb" twice. Breakfast is OK, but less expensive places around offer more. Personell does not explain WiFi, breakfast, etc upon arrival. When the restaurant is busy (free WiFi there too), the WiFi in the hotel virtually does not work anymore. Only very few English or German TV channels. Parking could be safe as it has doors, but they are open all day and night. There were quite a few people camping on the hotel parking lot too.

Review 10：Personell is very friendly and talks English. Very nice and stylish room. Looks new and clean. Nice shower room too. Just on top of an excellent Italian restaurant, so you can drink some wine and don't have to drive afterwards. Free parking close to the hotel entrance. Only 10 Minutes walking to the village center.
