Review 1：1. Hotel Staff not able to communicate in English 2. When we requested for a guide to visit a small island , hotel staff utilized this opportunity and charged a big sum from us . Later we came to know that they had charged was almost 5 times the normal cost. 3. Cock roaches found in toilet 4. Toilet and washbasin not kept clean
Review 2：I booked a suite room for 3pax....I've stayed in a nicer small standard room! It is so run down, we don't even dare go barefoot on the carpet, everything was peeling away. It was indicated that all rooms have seaview....nope! Our suite room look out to the very noisy street. Not worth the value at all!

Review 13：There should be an electrical kettle for us to have hot drink in the room. The breakfast is simple nice but hopefully infuture should have a warmer for the fried rice and the toaster. We waited for more than 20 minutes for our half boil egg but turned up to be no half boil egg because no more egg. No one informed us until we ask again than we were told no more egg...that very disappointed.
Review 14：Hotel Receptionist, Fitri was a very helpful and cheerful lady. We had to wait for the pick from hotel which was delay but with Fitri help we manage to get our transportation to the hotel.
