Review 4：Very clean rooms, and a very kind, and helpful staff. The location of the hotel is perfect, it is very close to the thermal spa.
Review 5：The receptionist forgot to hand me back my credit card from the POS after settling the bill. Okay, I also forgot to ask. I was sent an e-mail (why not call? and why only the next day?) to inform it was left there and they've secured it in their safe.
