Review 1：the lady in charge was unwelcoming and not attentive. An attitude problem. Unclear check in process.

Review 2：Location good close enough to the highway so easy access to travel other cities, beautiful swiming pool and grounds, spacious rooms though lots of stairs to our rooms (too much) and you have to cary your suitcases alone

Review 3：The breakfast supplies were a little on the unimaginative side, so easy to supply some good muesli, fruit, eggs etc. but they did have good coffee/tea.

Review 9：Beautiful Tuscany villa with fantastic view! The owner was extremly kind. Everything just perfect! Rooms perfectly clean. Park and swimming pool, just marvelous. Great fashion outlets of major brands only minute away. I had a luch in a restoran nearby where the owner of the villa recommended me. Excellent food and a very fair price. YOU MUST STAY HERE.

Review 10：The rooms were clean and spacious, the apartments were run like a hotel with daily cleaning and a delicious breakfast and nespresso coffees. The views were beautiful and the grounds like a small country mansion...Staff were very friendly and super helpful - even to arrange a taxi at short notice into Florence in the middle of the night.

Review 12：It was a great experience. The apartment we had was beautiful, clean and very large. We got an amazing deal for what was offered. The bed, linens..everything (it was warm- which is rare in Italy during winter) was perfect. The reception was always so catering; when I locked myself out of the apartment (as is expected of me) they came right away to help unlock the door- no fuss at all. They even stayed up late for us to check in late (around 12 am). We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful! We cannot wait to go back once a month for the next five months! Such a gem.

Review 13：The supernice staff welcomed us in the impeccably renovated tuscan house with a unique view on the Chianti Valley. The surroundings are plenty of historical attractions and the location is just few miles from one of the best places for shopping. There are at least three outstanding restaurants in the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Review 20：The location is countryside but in the whole valley you could here the trains easily( but if you close the windows you didnt´t hear them) The parking is a bit far away. To carry your baggages you have to drag them thru gravel. Would be nice some little road. The laundry machines are in italian only. Nice to have a manual. Also for the tv and/or a list of its +400 channels

Review 21：The facilities in the appartment, if you do a lot of road trips is good. Nice decoration. The view and pool were amazing although we didn ´t use it due to lack of time. Good value. All the items for brakefast are nice details. This is a place to arrive by car to enjoy the surroundings. They have laundry facilities!

Review 68：Bed was not very comfortable as just two twin mattresses pushed together on double bed frame (easy fix from management). Based on similar places stayed in the area this seemed on the pricey side for the drop in comfort. If that were fixed this would certainly have a wow factor.

Review 69：Unique apartment near florence. Apartment has the main amenities you would want for a short stay and if considering a hotel nearby I would strongly recommend this apartment instead. Free instant coffee was appreciated and designer toiletries was big plus. Cozy location and in the summer months the pool looks fantastic (particularly the view)

Review 71：We loved everything about this residence. The privacy was great and apartment was well furnished and modern and loved the fresh baked cake provided every day. Sylvia greeted us when we arrived at Tanuta il Burchio to check in and rove us to our residence which was a nice touch.

Review 72：Very caring and friendly staff. Beautiful nature, very well-kept area, large clean rooms. In the fridge every morning put a big carton of milk, a large bottle of water and juice, yogurt. Room each morning brings a fresh pie. Convenient location off highway A1.Do center of Florence by car 20-30 min.

Review 73：The single small thing is that the location is a bit to the east from the Chianti region so we had to travel about 40 minutes to Siena and San Geminiano which were among out targets . However, we chose the smaller routes which are more scenic so we had a lot of pleasure on that side Allover the place is superb on all levels so it makes me feel bad to write anything in this context

Review 74：The owners represented by Daniela were extremely cordial and as we had a special family celebration they greeted us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers-superb roses- and a bottle of champagne from their own initiative. Also they were very attentive if all is OK and helpful with any of our requests. The flats are very well eauiped and clean and modern while keeping a Tuscan style and the location on a hill is super quiet yet very close to A1 highway . the scenery is perfectly Tuscan and beautiful and relaxing- you'll be sure you are in paradise. The garden and the design of the whole complex is superb along with the pool with a unique design which possibly fits the Peng Shui outlines. I wish we had the patience to stay there only for a week but we had some plans to fulfill.. The restaurant which is verry near is very good and has excellent local food at reasonable price Also two outlets are quite near: the MALL which has designer shops at significant discounts so one might find oneself buying a Prada or Versace bag or shoes or cloths without robbing a bank.. and the Valdachina Outlet village with really goof prices of more "down to earth" brands

Finally found the warm friendly Italian hospitality that we've heard about. The pool was spectacular!! Quiet surroundings! Excellent kitchen facilities! Complimentary cake is spectacular. Felt like we were spoilt by our hosts. Would like to come back and spend more time exploring the local areas as there is a lot to see including historic towns e.g. Siena, shopping malls (The Mall) and roads are quiet enough for cyclists and runners.
