Review 1：Swimming pools.

Review 2：Cold bathroom, unpleasant staff, staff don't speak english and speak bad german, unquality dinners and breakfast like in hotel max 2*, chaos and no rules in so called sauna world...

Review 3：No free parking for the hotel guests, not even a glass of water for dinner, you have to buy everything. The condition of the room and equipment do not reflect the standards of a 4* hotel.

Review 6：Minimal to no English knowledge among staff. This is definitely not aplace to go if you only speak English.No customer orientation: theprograms/offers running in the hotel were poorly explained and advertized-one example is the plastic cup with the frog mascot that you could buyfor the children w/700 huf and then all the time the parents weregetting a drink at the bar the kids were given a freejuice/lemonade; unfortunately, we found out about this offer only onthe eve of our departure. Dirty bathroom: the toilets were not clean andin the shower we found hair stocked on the wall and in the drain. Verynoisy room: we had a suite in the middle of the main building and wasprobably next to the centralized ventilation system and the noise duringthe night was horrible, like an engine running on low. Restaurant: -food: poor variety and average quality; if for dinner you could get somevariation for breakfast it was the same food for all the five morningsof our stay; the types of cheese that were sliced in the morning werecut in thick chunks for dinner; the fruits were the same on all days;the so called children's menu was fast food type (deep friedunidentifiable food an french fries for some days and pizza on anotherday) so our daughter didn't even want to try it- looks like a mess hall not a 4* superior hotel's restaurant - the 5-10 min queue you have to stay to get a place to eat Internet: supposedly is WiFi internet in the rooms but was taking around 5 min to connect to a website and no way to use it for work so we had to stay in the hallway from the ground floor to get some work done
