Review 1：Not a bad experience, but maybe as American we are used to softer beds.Maybe having an option for a mattress topper would be nice. It took me acouple of restless nights to get used to the hard mattress. Other thanthat, everything else was lovely and just right!

Review 2：From the moment we arrived, we were treated like welcome family.Florentine greeted us and promptly showed us to our room and a tour ofthe hotel. She couldn't have been more helpful. Our two girlsimmediately wanted to play in the kids room with the *free* childcaregiver, Isolade. Another truly amazingly kind woman who loved to makeprojects with our girls and let them color and play games. They even gotto order dinner and enjoy it with her while my husband and I got toexplore the town knowing that our girls were happy and safe. Uponreturn, we went to dinner and had an amazing 6 course meal that wasincluded in our stay. We took our time and really loved the food atfriendly atmosphere. Over the 3 days that we stayed, we made the most ofthe indoor pool, hearty and delicious buffet breakfasts, and of coursecocktail hour followed by a wonderful dinner. The hotel itself wasbeautifully and festively decorated for the Holiday Season and we lovedthe charming touches. Our room was nice but it wasn't one of thenewly remodeled versions. We didn't care. Our girls liked sleepingon the couch bed and we liked having a balcony. Overall, our stay wasone of our very most prized holidays that we've shared as a familyand it was largely impart to how wonderful everyone was at HotelSchwarzer Adler. When we return to Europe to ski, it will definitely beto St Anton and we will absolutely stay with Schwarzer Adler again.Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Review 9：The staff were pretty unhelpful and hard to get hold of. 50% cancellation on spa treatments when you haven't even confirmed a booking! Beds were very hard. Bar area was quite noisy and not the most relaxing for a night cap. Rooms are overpriced.

Review 20：Excellent friendly staff always happy to help. Friendly and always smiling. The breakfast is fantastic nice variety to get you going in the morning. Dinning is excellent and highly reccommendable. The hotel facility's are great after a long day of skiing its nice to relax in the pool area and take a nice long steam bath. Everything is very clean.

Review 22：Situated in the heart of the town, the hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly and the facilities are excellent. The food menu is varied and of a very high quality. We stayed at the hotel for 11 nights and enjoyed every meal. We had a Superior Room, which was very spacious and allowed us to escape any feeling of being boxed in.
