Review 1：The condition of a part of the furniture in the room is not so good (carpet, couch).
Review 2：Very good food and staff at the restaurant and the reception, very nice pools and sauna.
Review 3：The walls were a bit thin (family with young child next door, staff stated that most rooms dont have neighboring walls) one bartender refused to serve us 5 minutes before closing time in the spa.

Review 5：They play the most terrible music at dinner and it is so loud that it is hardly possible to talk. I haven't heard such bad music in a really long time. They call it 'live music'

Review 7：Leaving. But will certainly return. No rail link from Budapest, but bus/coach service acceptable. Very little to do in the surrounding area, but bicycle hire is available from the hotel, but who would want to go far from the magic of the hotel.
Review 8：The spa facilities exceeded expectations. Water clear and clean at all times, hot rooms, saunas etc could not be faulted. Good treatment facilities. Large bedroom complete with jacuzzi bath was well worth the extra cost. Public areas clean, and cosey. Good variety of meals and several dishes cooked as required. Good variety of beers, wines and spirits. Staff always helpful.

Review 31：They charge around 1 EUR service for drinks that they serve and they don't warn you about that! It is quite normal for Hungary that they charge you that but at least they tell you about it first. The notices are in German or Hungarian and English is very poorly represented.
