Review 3：The staff were great. I had an accident on a motorbike while on holiday and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. The daughter borrowed a pair of crutches from a neighbour to let me use during my stay.

The family that runs the apartments was extremely friendly and kind-hearted. My best friends were two small funny dogs, Rafa and Bullit, who followed me in my morning runs. I have really fallen in love with them! )))

Review 20：Very friendly and helpful owners, attentive to your needs. The garden is important around the site and different perfumes from it is simply delightful. The pool is well kept, clean and at good temperature for swimming. Nice view from balcony on the ocean and sun set behind the mountains. Walking distance in a safe road directly to the beach of Sami and all the services that the village can offer. This is a great location to stay in Kefalonia as it is well centered between North, South and West. The Sami beach is very nice but Antisamo beach is wonderful and situated about 2 kilometres from the town. We had a great one week Holliday in kefalonia!
Review 21：It is located about 20 minutes by walk from the sea and centre; we didn't have a car so during sunny daytime was not very comfortable to go to the beach. Therefore the hotel is more indicated for those that have a car.

Review 27：We had to wait for more than hour to check in although we reached the hotel within the check in times. To make matters worse, the owner kinda shouted at us when we asked how long will it take and told us that we could leave if we wanted to. Totally unprofessional behavior.

Review 53：We stayed in a spacious apartment with a big balcony, overviewing sea and mountains. The accommodation is about 1 km out of Sami-centre. It's very quite, only the sound of goats and birds. A nice garden and swimmingpool. I recommand to hire a car to explore the area or the island.
Review 54：It was difficult to find, worth taking a taxi on first visit. After this it is easy to find when you know where it is.
Review 55：Beautiful rooms, helpful owners, quiet location. Short walk to Sami town (15mins), we were offered lifts by friendly locals on several occasions. Fantastic value for money.
Review 56：Twin beds, not really possible to push together also. Not a 24hour reception but this was only an issue when we had a problem with the air con late at night. Wifi patchy but down by pool was fine. But really little to complain about.
Review 57：Clean basic studio apartment (no 1) with all needed for a weeks stay. Large balcony with views of the mountains and sea. Air con. 15 min walk to Sami quite manageable. But having a car was great to see the island. Approachable, friendly staff, although they did not all speak English but we got along fine. If your looking for a quiet traditional place this fits the bill, great to relax in. Often we were the only ones in the pool. Very good value also. Would recommend anyone to stay there.
Review 58：Location was great-at least for us. It was quiet and peaceful place to stay. It´s not in centre of Sami and the harbor, it´s about 1 km away from it..Rooms were roomy and view was beautiful. Pool was big enough to play. This place suits you if you want to get away from noise city and enjoy easygoing vacation next to nature. Hosting family was the best.

Review 60：The swimmingpool was really nice - and also the young daughter which is the one who speaks and learns english and explains all. it is a bit outside of Sami, one should have a car. One can go by feet, but with a little bit oftime and patience.

Review 63：The apartment was clean, air conditioned and for somewhere within a short walk of Sami, felt remarkably secluded and rural, looking out across a few fields. The family obviously take great care in maintaining the apartments, including being up at the crack of dawn to clean the pool every day, and go out of their way to help. The icing on the cake though was having our laundry done (we're cycling, so this is a rare luxury) - and at no extra cost.
Review 64：This is a really excellent, very relaxing place to stay, a 15- minute easy level walk to Sami. Lovely, helpful and friendly owners. We stayed for six nights in June in studio apartment number 1 which is very comfortably appointed on the second floor, with fabulous views of the hills and the sea towards Ithaca from the spacious balcony. The excellent pool and beautiful gardens and veg patches are a welcome bonus. The location is peaceful, making Nikos the perfect place to unwind and enjoy Kefalonia. You do need a car to fully explore the island but Sami is the best, most central place to be based, and only 40 minutes scenic drive from the airport. Excellent value and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend that you support independent, local hosts such as this.
