Review 1：Even though the set up is beautiful, it was a little further away from Florence than we would have liked. There are direct trains (30min ride) every hour to the centre of Florence, however you need to drive to the closest station and it can be difficult to park. Otherwise it's a 45min drive to Florence. One more thing, bring your mosquitoe spray! Especially if you are like me and attract every mosquitoes within 500m...

Review 2：The set up is amazing, nice pool and gardens with beautiful view. Staff were helpful and friendly, even the ones not speaking english. Breakfast was included and offered a nice selection of sweet and savoury options with delicious cooked eggs on top.

Review 5：Despite being clean and spacious, the bedroom air conditioning was broken with only a tiny window, it was too hot to sleep. In addition the bed was rock hard. In summary this was overpriced and the room we stayed in was not a 4* standard. The rest of the hotel was though.

Review 38：Family friendliness Barbara & Leonardo and the entire family and staff created a wonderful family atmosphere. We had 11nights & 10 days of enjoyment. The pets are friendly especially the cats.

Review 39：This is a lovely hotel. We were there for only one night but want to come back and stay longer. We had to leave for the airport early in the morning and the owner kindly came early to provide us with a wonderful breakfast before our departure. Lovely place; lovely people!

We rent a Fiat duallogic car and need a translation of how to use the transmission and theyhelp to summarize a few pages of useful tips in English for us.Perfect!! The dinner is good too. And we love the outdoor sitting.
