Review 1：It was cold, but it was the time of year. We had a heater for the last 2 days which helped a little!

Review 2：The owners are wonderful! The staff and service great, the hot water bottles at night were divine! The breakfasts were epic!

Review 3：Though hotel used to provide hot water bags, they can improve facility with room heaters, as sometimes its too cold in winters.

Review 6：The friendly, helpful and welcoming Staff. We coups store oue lugage for a trekking. Hot water and the breakfast on the roof with the wonderful view!

Review 7：Like all hotels in India the street noise can be quite loud - bring ear plugs is you are sensitive and ask for an upper room. Also, same as everywhere the wifi can be a bit on and off at times (it an infrastructure issue and no fault of the hotel). Wifi is however accessible in rooms and there is no need to hang out at reception like other places.

Review 8：This smaller hotel is run by a sweet and welcoming family. The hotel is clean and decorated nicely. You are served tea in bed each morning before a filling breakfast on the rooftop garden terrace. The location is close to chowrasta mall (a giant square) and many shops. We stayed here multiple times when passing back and forth through the area and were always happy to be back.
